The last time I bought a car was ten years ago, and obviously there have been a LOT of technological advancements since then, and Stephanie spoke knowledgeably about all of them. (I also appreciated the fact that she didn't spit them all out rapid-fire like a fairground auctioneer.) The entire purchasing experience was enjoyable from beginning to end.
