I was in need of a new vehicle and with the Cash for Clunkers program in full swing, I came into the dealership just to look at the Venza model. I had done research on the web and found that the Venza Clunkers program in full swing, I came into the dealership just to look at the Venza model. Shervin Gibson (sales person) greeted me and with no pressure gave me the keys to a Venza demonstrator to test drive. I was impressed and a week later went back to him and negotiated for that very car. The dealership has been great to work with so far and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family for the purchase of a Toyota. Sandy Springs Toyota made my purchase much easier than other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. So far I have not had too much regular maintenance required on the vehicle, but the few times that I have been in the Service Department, they were courteous, very efficient and I will maintain my relationship with them. The overall experience was excellent! Shervin was very friendly and took the time to test drive several cars with me. He was not your typical pushy salesman that takes advantage of women walking into the dealership. He was even willing to work around what I could afford. I even traded my leased vehicle with out paying an arm and a leg. The whole staff at Sandy Springs Toyota is very friendly.
