In a nutshell Josh rocks. I was rather specific about the car I wanted and another dealership told me I would have to order. I made an internet inquiry and then had a breif conversation with Josh. The cost never exceeds her quote, but can oftern be lower. I am sure there are other people as Sandy Springs Toyota who are very good but I only deal with Nicole. I have learned to trust her judgment. When it is time to replace my car, I will ask her for a recommendation of a salesperson to deal with. She is just fantastic. More
