I was looking for a relatively inexpensive used car. I don't normally expect much service given what I was looking for, but this dealer rolled out the red carpet for me. They followed up with me regularly during my car search with helpful advice and some very nice car suggestions. Everyone I talked to was polite and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or that they were playing sales games with me. The whole thing makes me want to buy a Toyota for my next car just so I can repay the favor. I guess this review will have to do for now. :) More

We used USAA online price negotiation service, and Josh called back immediately. I hadn't even logged off of the USAA website. Sandy Springs did not have the car I wanted on the lot, but within minutes t called back immediately. I hadn't even logged off of the USAA website. Once we got to the dealership, we were taken care of right away. All told, after about an hour/hour and a half, we were headed home with our new car. Extremely fast, friendly, and courteous service.
