This was easily the best experience I had in dealing directly with a dealership for new vehicle purchase. I was promised a good price up front via the AAA program, and the promise was kept. I took my 2008 Avalon Limited in for a "20,000 mile check up" including an oil change, tire rotation and a brake check. As a result I learned that my front rotors were warped. However, since I was just und up" including an oil change, tire rotation and a brake check. As a result I learned that my front rotors were warped. However, since I was just under the warranty limit, the managers, John Snyder and Andy Phillips, agreed to replace the rotors without hesitation. It is clear that this management team wanted to meet my expectations. The work was done in a timely fashion and my Service Advisor, David Ramos, provided me with excellent service. I was immediately given a rental car at no charge since the work involved warranted items. Further, I was allowed to keep the rental car until the weather allowed for my car to be test-driven under highway conditions. When I finally picked up my car, I was informed by Mr. Ramos that the shop had rechecked both the tire balance and the alignment to further ensure that my Avalon would handle at an optimum level. Of course, as my mother would say, the proof is in the pudding. When I test-drove the car, it handled like a dream. This was the best service experience that I had received to date, and I have been driving for over forty years. More
