I was extremely happy with Sandy Springs Toyota and the salesman, Shervin Gibson. He wasn't so high pressured that I wanted to leave, he was just there for me when I had questions and made the car buying salesman, Shervin Gibson. I have been in dealerships before when I couldn't get out of there fast enough because they wouldn't let you breathe, but Shervin was a very pleasant and polite person to deal with. I have recommended to him to any of my friends looking to purchase a car. I wouldn't hesitate returning for future purchases. I came to Sandy Springs Toyota to look at a car I had found on their website. The dealer apologetically informed me that the car had been loaned to someone. He then found out precisely what I was looking for in a car and my price range. He helped me find a car that got great gas mileage and one I could afford. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He did not try to sway me toward one car over another. He found the best deal for my situation. I love my new Camry. Everyone I came into contact with at this dealership was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership when buying new or used. More

Initially my experience was not so great, I had some issues with how the sales negotiations proceeded and how they handled a problem that I discovered with the car after a few weeks of ownership. However after a few trips back some phone calls, and working with the sales and service staff, I have found that they are extremely cooperative and willing to go to exceptional measures to make me a satisfied customer. We were looking to pay cash for a Prius this weekend. I called several dealers and made an appointment with Josh at Sandy Springs first thing Saturday. He was late for the appointment but then did a decent job showing us the cars. He made an offer and we went home and did further research. Sunday we got him on the phone and ironed out the final issues. we were ready to buy, and he told us to come down and pick it up, the paperwork was being drawn up. Sadly, once we got there, he ignored us for 20 minutes and then said he had "good news and bad news." The bad was that he sold our car; the good was that he had two others that were 2K more! What is worse is that when we said to him very calmly that we felt this was dishonest,he flipped a lid and became aggressive with us, the potential customers!!!! His demeanor was very upsetting to us and absolutely unprofessional. I've never been treated like that and we are both very upset. We realize dealers and salespeople have their little tricks, but he was unkind and upset our entire weekend. It's not like we had nothing better to do than drive across town to purchase a car that he had already sold! The good news is that we found a very nice salesperson at World Toyota and are now happy owners of a prius. More
