Harrison found me wandering around while my Highlander was being serviced. (Dan in Service is great too!) He offered to help me and, when I told him I wanted to test drive a Prius, he quickly brought on was being serviced. (Dan in Service is great too!) He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered questions that I didn't even know to ask about. He was very calm which I appreciated because I generally get a little nervous when I am test driving a brand new car. He was helpful with out being pushy (that would have turned me off immediately) and has done nice follow up since my visit. I went in with my daughter who just started her first year of college. She needed a reliable and dependable car that would take her thru college and several years after. We told Mr. Kavanaugh what our needs were and he showed us a 2008 Scion. I believe it was love at first sight for my daughter and this car! There was never any "used car guy" pressure to buy and Mr. Kavanaugh made the entire purchase very easy. He had the car cleaned up for us and had a couple minor scratches buffed out as well as going over all the features of the car and explaining warranties etc... Everything was explained carefully for my daughter and myself and we left the dealership owners of a great car and very happy. More
