So the car I purchase I went back and told them I don’t like their service they don’t communicate well they were very unprofessional and I went back and got my money and they end up being a day sale and I would never refer anybody to them at all. I want to Toyota and Stone Mountain told him all about my experience I had with Rick Hendrix in Sandy Springs they was able to work with me get me into two brand new cars with no problem I was there for approximately like 3 to 4 hours with no issues no problem they were all helpful so I would definitely prefer Toyota in some out over the one in Sandy Springs. RED FLAGS! I was car shopping over the weekend and found a listing I was interested in on Rick Hendrick’s Toyota website (in Sandy Springs). My husband called to I was car shopping over the weekend and found a listing I was interested in on Rick Hendrick’s Toyota website (in Sandy Springs). My husband called to confirm the car was still there and was transferred to Nojan. Nojan said that it wasn’t there but they had an identical one with all the same features and packages so we started our trip. On the way there(1 hour drive), Nojan sent us a pic of the other vehicle and I immediately caught onto the missing features. My husband pulled over to call him back to confirm that we were seeing it correctly (before wasting our time) and Nojan says “i sent you the wrong link... I have the one you originally called about as well... I have 2.” So we continue to drive to the dealership... and are greeted by Nojan when we pull up. We are told that they will sell the car to us even though someone put a non refundable deposit down. HUGE RED FLAG! As we are test driving the car and Nojan says “it was making a noise but we fixed the belt.” I pull out of the dealership and it’s driving very rough... plus making a noise. I turn around immediately. I look at the car and I’m disgusted by the condition of the interior/exterior. Nojan becomes very pushy. Starting from the exterior, Nojan says “I have a guy that can fix the scratches.” The interior was much worse... the leather seats were ruined and there was damage throughout. Nojan says “ I have a guy that can fix the leather and make it new looking... I’ve seen it with my eyes but you’ll have to do the deal first.” So he’s next asking me to do the deal without seeing what I’m getting... I refuse. I go to look in the very back and the seat is broke... that just added to the list. Nojan comes back and says “we can replace all the leather for $1650.” So I question “will it be the leather that the Lexus comes with originally?” He says “no but it will be black.. my friend is a artist but you have to buy it today.” By then my patience is thin.. I look at the other “identical” car that they have and it’a missing the features like I thought it was initially missing... patience is a little thinner by then. I drove an hour to see a piece of crap car and was lied to over & over again... plus they were going to sell a car that had a deposit on it. Red flags every where. We go inside to the show room for a minute and as we are in there Nojan proceeds to tell me “you must buy the car today or it will be gone... I can fix the leather for $1650 but you must buy the car now.” I had made it clear that it wasn’t what I wanted and now I was being told that I needed to do something. The most awful experience ever car shopping. What a disgrace to all Toyota dealerships! To top it off, we received a text message today about the car and then yesterday received calls why we didn’t do business there. It’s common sense... RED FLAGS!!!!!! More
