Alisha, I have tried to contact you several times to discuss this situation with you. Each time you were not available and I even left messages 3 times and have yet to hear from you. I refuse to continue to try to contact a dealership that clearly mistreated me and obviously does not want to talk to me. It seems that the concern you express in your response to negative reviews is just to portray an image that Sandy Springs Toyota cares about their customers to others that may be reading the review when in fact it is exactly the opposite. I hope nobody falls victim to this false image as I have tried and successfully communicated to many people. Chad
