First Class I did not have to argue and go back and forth over the numbers of the vehicle. My sales specialist was very professional and prompt and did everything he said he was going to do from the first phone call, all the way to delivery. The finance side of the deal was also a breeze and not a pushy process. There was one minor issue with the vehicle which I called to mention about and my phone call was immediately returned by Robert Geary (GSM) who took care of the problem with no questions asked. My situation was unique and I was hesitant at first, but Susann remained patient with me and shared some of her own experiences with purchasing a car to help ease my apprehension. I didn't get the car the first day we met. I told her I needed to process things and she was so gracious and understanding. She even offered to let me drive the vehicle home. I came back the next day and bought the car!!! She celebrated with me, took time to show me all of the features and has already followed up with me to make sure things are okay. Awesome experience with her!...but keep reading Now, the finance guy/manager named Rob, well that's a different story. He was a total xxxxxxx and class A xxxxxxxxx. He triggered me so badly my first day there. It was awful. He was very forceful with his tone, condescending, impatient, crass, etc. and I never want to see nor hear from him again.
