I was diagnosed with Cancer about 2 1/2 years ago, appr. 6 months after leasing a Camry from Southeast Toyota in Sandy Springs Ga. As a result I was forced to quit working and go on disability. This obviously hurt my credit rating but, due to Javares Knight and the staff I was able to get into a 2017 Corolla. This allows me to get back and forth for my treatments and scans. I had a hook-up issue with the XM radio. I am from Ohio.and I initially took my Highlander to the dealership in late afternoon and John Campbell willingly took the time to check out my radio I am from Ohio.and I initially took my Highlander to the dealership in late afternoon and John Campbell willingly took the time to check out my radio and explain all of his attempts to fix the issue. After spending about a half hour with me he said he would recommend I bring it in to have technician check it out. I took it in the following day and the technician worked on it for an hour or more and still could not resolve the problem. He recommended I get a second opinion at my home dealership which I will. All of the people at the dealership, John Campbell, Tony Keel and the technician were all extremely friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend their service department to family and friends. They are NUMBER ONE in my book. More
