Great experience I can’t believe it actually happened , I had been in the market for a used vehicle but I refused to even entertain a car dealer because of fear of bei I can’t believe it actually happened , I had been in the market for a used vehicle but I refused to even entertain a car dealer because of fear of being ripped off . On Friday(10/7/17) I decided to finally give a dealership a try. I googled and Ricks Hendrick was the first to pop up. I seen a car I wanted and I called immediately, I was greeted by a gentleman named sang who sounded very sincere when telling me he could get me in a car for my down payment price . To be completely honest I was very skeptical and had already decided that I would leave the dealership that day without a vehicle. How far from the truth was I ? Very ! Sang was a man of his word and got me in the car I wanted for the price we had discussed on the phone ! No haggling , he asked me what I wanted and what I liked in a car . He was very truthful when it came to the CarFax about the car showing me those before I fell in love with a car I would eventually find something that turned me off about it (accident ,no warranty , etc.) I will definitely be back to buy a car from my guy sang ! And I recommend you go to him and him only if you want the best experience . Thanks again for the wonderful experience! More

Unprofessional, disrespectful. As if my experience with this dealership wasn’t bad enough, when it was time to refund my money, they would not pick up. It was a nightmare. And finally I got this idiot on the phone on Monday. And he said he will mail it over night. Two days later, nothing. I called him on Thursday and he decided to yell on the phone because I asked how come they still had my check in their possession after he said it will be sent overnight. He said they’ve done everything they can for me and hung up. I called back and politely told him that he had ko right to hang up on a customer, I just want to know why and when the check will be sent. Once again, he hung up. Good thing this was on a recoded line. I am compiling and will be posting everything on my weekly blog soon. Details coming. More
