I took my Certified 2018 4-Runner back to where I bought it for warranty work. There was a humming noise in the left front wheel area. First time they replaced the bearing, second time the certified technic it for warranty work. There was a humming noise in the left front wheel area. First time they replaced the bearing, second time the certified technician said it was the wind, third time it’s the wind, fourth time it’s the tires, and then proceeded to try and sale my wife new tires that were still under warranty. I wrote a review telling them we would go into arbitration. Legally they aren’t allowed to touch the vehicle, but they did. Rich lies and said the tires and the loose oil pan was the problem and cleared the case with Toyota corporate. We took the vehicle to another dealership and it was the exhaust shield and fixed the issue with no problems. Who’s the liar in this? Rich also threatened me with stating that “back in NY we take care of people who cause problems” because apparently his father is a retired police chief. Unfortunately the issue was never solved and the constant lies, threats and terrible service provided to an under warranty vehicle ruins your reputation with me. The general manager uses his puppets like Rich to solve issues with people but not fix the issues with vehicles. It’s so unfortunate that you even run a business. Be sure to go elsewhere like Nalley Toyota for your needs because they are ranked #1. More

I had an excellent experience with buying a new Four Runner on July 31, 2020. Cole Clark was the sales agent who help me from the beginning to the end. He definitely made me feel as though he had my interest as a priority rather than the dealership’s and his commission. He continuously me in contact with me by texting and the evening after I completed the purchase he gave me a thank you phone call. This advantage is like the advantage you h If you like to pay way above MSRP go to this dealer. This is the home of the "Rick Hendrick Advantage"!!! This advantage is like the advantage you have when you lose a lot of money! So much fun. So, I was interested in a car there, drove way cross town to look. Look I did at the sticker! The sticker was MSRP which is normal on a sticker BUT the Rick Hendrick Advantage added $2200 dollars more! It added the garbage that used to be prevalent in the '70's like undercoating and fabric repellent but with savvy customers and the internet you usually don't see it at reputable dealers nowadays but it's making a comeback at Rick Hendrick Toyota. The way overpriced GARBAGE included Nitrogen? in tires, window tinting, door guards, wheel locks, and a GPS contraption called Kahu, Toyoguard Platinum, some sort of "paint sealant" (undercoating anyone?) all for $2200 extra and MANDATORY. If you love paying extra for nothing but fluff come here. If you are a smart consumer: bounce! More
