We used USAA online price negotiation service, and Josh called back immediately. I hadn't even logged off of the USAA website. Sandy Springs did not have the car I wanted on the lot, but within minutes t called back immediately. I hadn't even logged off of the USAA website. Once we got to the dealership, we were taken care of right away. All told, after about an hour/hour and a half, we were headed home with our new car. Extremely fast, friendly, and courteous service. In a nutshell Josh rocks. I was rather specific about the car I wanted and another dealership told me I would have to order. I made an internet inquiry and then had a breif conversation with Josh.
