I was in the market for a larger car once my daughter was born, and decided to go back to Sandy Springs Toyota because it was where I originally purchased my 2007 Prius. I had a great experience then and thought that I would give them another chance. I am glad I did. I purchased a 2011 Camry yesterday and traded in my Prius. This is the fourth car I've purchased in the last 6 years, and it was by far my best experience yet. Customer service is very much a hot button for us, and Moses listened to what we wanted, the price point we wanted to be at, and delivered on each aspect of the deal. The transacation was timely, smooth and enjoyable. I left the dealership yesterday with not an ounce of regret. There are a few minor cosmetic issues that need to be addressed when I bring the car back sometime this week, but I have no doubt in my mind that it will all be promptly taken care of. Thank you to Moses, who made me a repeat customer of Sandy Springs Toyota - and we will back when the baby is old enough to ride in a convertible! More

I went to the Sandy Springs dealership on 8/10/10 because I had received a recall notice for carpet pins for my 2004 Toyota Highlander and it also needed an oil change. I had not visited the dealership before and was overwhelmed by the friendliness and knowledgeable attitude of Dan Pistillo. I guess you could say he had me from the handshake. He was so informative about my used car stating that service for the vehicle had been done at this dealership (I had purchased the car at a Cadillac dealership). I was offered fruit, coffee, and even a courtesy ride if needed. The dealership was clean, light and impeccable. My car was completed within 30 minutes and I will call Sandy Springs Toyota "home" for any future preventative maintenance or repair. Thank you, Dan, for such a positive experience. After some miscommunication regarding some options on our new 2011 Camry, we returned to the Sandy Springs dealership this past week and everything was taken care of to great satisfaction. Glenda coordinated the installation of the XM Radio and the price was so good that we also decided to have the Naviagation system added as well. On short notice, Glenda arranged for us to have a "loaner" while the work was done and we returned the following day to pick up our car. The overall purchase experience was excellent. Glenda was very knowledgeable and helpful with meeting our expectations after we discussed our initial concerns. We would certainly recommend others visit the Sandy Springs dealership and we will return in the future when are in the market for another vehicle. Thank You Glenda and Sandy Springs Toyota.....we love our new Camry !!!! More
My wife purchased a 2011 Camry SE on Saturday and we are unsatisfied with the purchase for 2 primary reasons: First of all, we believe we have a reasonable complaint regarding the fact that the car does no unsatisfied with the purchase for 2 primary reasons: First of all, we believe we have a reasonable complaint regarding the fact that the car does not have XM / Sirius Radio. Glenda wasn't sure if the car had XM initially, and upon driving off the lot, my wife asked her if the car did indeed have XM. Glenda replied that "you need to buy an antennae." Once my wife got the car home, we immediately called the dealership to discuss rectifying the problem - and here is where our complaint comes in. We actually thought about canceling the purchase and returning to the dealership. However, we learned that due to changes in GA law, we could not do that. Once we advised those involved of that intent, we have had absolutely "NO RESPONSE" from Glenda and other salespeople to discuss what can be done. WE have made several phone calls and spoken to Glenda on at least two occasions, but she only says she will check into what can be done and get back to us.........which she never does!!!! Secondly, we think there was an obvious miscommunication between my wife and Glenda. It was clear that we wanted XM Radio in the vehicle we purchased - however, after all the paperwork was completed and my wife was leaving the lot, then after asking again about the XM radio did Glenda advise her that the antenna would have to be purchased. Our other car, a Honda Accord, has XM radio and although it was not 'working' when we purchased the car, all we had to do was 'subscribe' to the service. This is what my wife thought we would have to do with the Camry. We are not looking for something for free....we think both parties could have done a better job of clarifying what the customer 'wanted' and what the vehicle actually had on it. But we would like to speak to someone in charge who will listen to our complaint and possibly reach an agreeable solution. Perhaps, we can have the dealer install the XM Radio and we pay the "dealer" cost as opposed to full retail. In any case, this experience thus far has not been satisfactory. We hope we can reach an agreement that is fair to both sides. We have lived in the Atlanta area for about 13 yrs and plan to be here for a long time to come. It has yet to be determined if we will be a "repeat customer" at Sandy Springs Toyota. Barry Jackson - please call us so we can resolve this issue. More
I made a visit to Sandy Springs Toyota on last Sunday. I wasn't sure about whom I should speak with concerning my issue. I saw an employee whom I later found out his name is Charlie Waters. He was very rude to me and stated that instead of me getting my vehicle repaired; which he called a piece of junk, I should purchase a new vehicle or offered to sell me his old chevrolet caprice. I think this is very unprofessional. I'm not sure what his title is, but I think Mr. Waters needs a class on customer service. More
We were very pleased with Hoa Pham. He was professional, listened carefully to our needs, and delivered exactly what we wanted. This year I was in the market for a new car and purchased a 2010 Corolla S, from Hoa Pham. Again, the experience was painless and I will highly recommend anyone to visit with Hoa Pham and Sandy Springs Toyota. My girlfriend has received coupons in the mail every few months for discounts on oil changes and service fees, and I look forward to taking advantage of these savings also.
