Fritz was very patient and understanding. Positive and offered competitor's price from other Toyota dealers. The service department missed checking the tire pressure and the hub cap for the driver's side offered competitor's price from other Toyota dealers. The service department missed checking the tire pressure and the hub cap for the driver's side back tire was cracked. Fritz helped correct the issues. Overall, Fritz is excellent regardless of the issues with the service department's lack of attention to details. More

After finding the the car that I wanted online I called Sandy Springs Toyota, the receptionist put me through to Fritz Ngwenya, from the beginning to the end he was very kind and professional. I asked him several questions regarding the car and if he can provide me with a report on the car. He was able to answer all my questions and provided me with a report via email. After my review of the report, we setup a time a few days later to test drive the car. By the time I got to the dealership Fritz had the car ready to test drive; after the test drive he made my son and I feel comfortable and with assistance from his sales manager and the finace manager we were able to agree on the terms. His follow up during and after the purchase was greatly appreciated. Thanks Fritz for making my car purchase enjoyable. More
