Sandy Springs Toyota definitely lived up to their high ratings! The entire sales process was very comfortable, definitely NOT high pressure, and I was very happy with the deal I received. Friendly without being chummy, and committed to doing whatever they could to make the experience pleasant. During the sales process, if I had a question that Harrison did not know the answer to, he found the answer for me within minutes. When the finance team ran across a roadblock in the process, they found a way around it before I even knew there was a roadblock. When the car needed service for an issue that developed the first week, the service team took care of it immediately, without questions, and provided a free loaner for the day the car was in the shop. And two months later, I am stil raving about the Prius I bought, about Harrison Wiggins, and about Sandy Springs Toyota. I will definitely return next time I need a car, and recommend them to everyone. More

Harrison found me wandering around while my Highlander was being serviced. (Dan in Service is great too!) He offered to help me and, when I told him I wanted to test drive a Prius, he quickly brought on was being serviced. (Dan in Service is great too!) He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered questions that I didn't even know to ask about. He was very calm which I appreciated because I generally get a little nervous when I am test driving a brand new car. He was helpful with out being pushy (that would have turned me off immediately) and has done nice follow up since my visit. We told Mr. Kavanaugh what our needs were and he showed us a 2008 Scion. I believe it was love at first sight for my daughter and this car! There was never any "used car guy" pressure to buy and Mr. Kavanaugh made the entire purchase very easy. He had the car cleaned up for us and had a couple minor scratches buffed out as well as going over all the features of the car and explaining warranties etc...
