The first person, I would like to thank is fritz, he understood my needs and adjusted his price according to my quote, I visited two times without any appointment and he was willing to spend time and sh understood my needs and adjusted his price according to my quote, I visited two times without any appointment and he was willing to spend time and show the car I wanted, and he even beat price with other people quoted. One thing I was unhappy is that financing at this dealership, the finance manager is no good, he was trying to rip you off, if you go there with not much information about financing. I would go there to purchase only and not for financing. Toyota has to find a better financing manager. Overall, Fritz was nice and excellent, this is first time, I bought new 2011 Toyota Rav4, made this process very easier, i could not believe that I could buy new SUV in a day. More
I bought a 2000 Toyota Camry from this dealer in August 2010. They posted my tabs one day before expiration and customer service 'after' you complete your purchase is very bad. The dealer LIED that the bat 2010. They posted my tabs one day before expiration and customer service 'after' you complete your purchase is very bad. The dealer LIED that the battery, timing belt, waterpump were changed and he gave me all maintanenence records, but on a mechanical checkup, battery was almost DEAD, timing belt and water pump were never changed. He could have been honest and total me the truth and I would have chosen another vehicle. So every word he said ' Sandy Springs Toyota is known for the honesty' and I found them to be a BIG FAKE and LIARS.When you are dealing with customers, I expect some level of integrity and honest from the service and and false marketing. Please stay away from this place for USED CARS More
When I went into Sandy Springs Toyota, my intentions were to narrow my field to a certain Sequoia. When Fritz began working with me, he convinced me to take a look at a used Lexus GX470, since the new Sequoi to narrow my field to a certain Sequoia. When Fritz began working with me, he convinced me to take a look at a used Lexus GX470, since the new Sequoia was out of my price target. After driving the car, the "negotiations" began.....but were short, painless and satisfactory to me. He walked me through the process and I was soon ready to leave with my new vehicle. Fritz volunteered to take the car home with me which was a great help. Fritz was the reason I purchased from Sandy Springs Toyota. His friendliness, knowledge, and easy-going manner made the process painless. Please thank Fritz for me! More
My primary means of transportation died completely, so I utilized the MARTA system to reach the closest dealership to my apartment; which happened to be the Sandy Springs Toyota. It was very cold and windy, utilized the MARTA system to reach the closest dealership to my apartment; which happened to be the Sandy Springs Toyota. It was very cold and windy, so I phoned Fred to let him know I might be running (or, more accurately, walking) a little late. He then graciously agreed to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. From that moment on, he was an amazing person and salesman. Unlike a lot of other salesmen, who try to force every little add-on down your throat and insist on this or that model, Fred was very receptive to my wants and needs. I only had a vague idea of what I was searching for, but Fred walked me through some of the different notable features of their vehicles. He also helped me find which vehicle was right for my budget, and was very apologetic if any step in the process took longer than a moment. In the span of two hours I perused the selection, took a test drive, selected my vehicle, signed and drove away my new Toyota Yaris. The whole time Fred kept a smile on my face, and did his best to answer any and all of my questions. I would highly recommend Fred Barnet and Sandy Springs Toyota to anyone looking for an addition to their automotive family. More

Harrison Wiggins went the extra mile in selling a Toyota Camry. He had good salemanship and provided all the information including pricing with various options. Customer Service adds value to Toyota. Car Camry. He had good salemanship and provided all the information including pricing with various options. Customer Service adds value to Toyota. Car buying is an exciting experience with so many choices. As the buyer has so many dealers to choose from, it takes good salesmanship on the part of the dealer and a certain comfort level on the part of the buyer to make the deal. Harrison Wiggins at Sandy Springs Toyota made this happen and I would go back to Sandy Springs Toyota for my next Toyota vehicle purchase - be it car or minivan or SUV. Deepak More
Customer service was good, everyone that I came in contact with was courteous. I did not receive any service that can be considered "work", therefore I cannot rate Quality of work. Everyone was friend contact with was courteous. I did not receive any service that can be considered "work", therefore I cannot rate Quality of work. Everyone was friendly. The purchase experience overall was positive; I will recommend this dealership to my friends. I found a better price (only slightly, -$280.00) in Gainesville, GA at Milton Martin Toyota. I had a limited amount of time to devote to this purchase effort and therefore chose to buy locally. If more time was available, I would have driven to Milton Martin Toyota to purchase this automobile. More
