I first stated taking Cam (2007 Camry)to Sandy Springs Toyota last year because it was closer to my job. Last June Cam started giving me a message on his electrical console where the outside temperature was located that said "Low engine oil pressure". As I'm someone that does not know anything about cars I assumed it was that not enough oil was replaced after my recent oil change. This was also what the Toyota dealership that I bought Cam at made me believe and he pointed me back to Sandy Springs Toyota (SST) since they did the last oil change. Upon arriving at Toyota I explained my issue to David Ray, he checked the oil, saw that it was low, they replenished the oil and we began an 500 mile test. For every 500 miles from that point I would bring my car back up to SST and they would check the oil level to see if I had a leak. Feels like we did this for a month or two and couldn't find a leak nor did I get the error message again. Then this past February Cam gave me the error message again. I took him back to SST and as soon as he saw me David Ray came over and I told him the error message was back. At this point, there was going to be some taking apart to find out what the problem was. Within 2 hours of dropping my car off, David Ray called me to inform me it looked like the engine would need to be replaced. Of course, he was very professional, making sure I didn't freak out and answered all of my questions. At no cost to me my engine was replaced and I had my car back within 4 days.Cam is running smoothly, with the same bit of attitude he had before and I've not had a problem. After this experience, I can say that thanks to the professionalism of David Ray and the fact that he didn't sugar coat anything or try to sale me swamp land, I'm a loyal Toyota owner now and will definitely get another Toyota in the future. My wife visited the service for oil change and tire rotation. The service manager tried to sell my wife the cabin air filter which I replaced about a month ago. Note that the cabin air filter lasts about one year. Obviously, they tried to do a rip-off like other Toyota dealers and what is worse, they put the filter in a wrong direction. I guess that the A.C. must have sucked all the dust and debris off of the filter. I hope that the dust/debris did not clog the AC evaporator. I would not bring my car to this dealership any more. Sandy Springs Toyota is filled with arrogant people. they just rip you out and do that without any shame. I bought a rav4 2010 from these folks. The sales person was extremely rude from the get go. The only reason I ended up buying from these folks was: this was the only dealer that had the Rav4 with the color I wanted. The price was good, but from sales person, sales manager, service & Parts team, most of the people I interacted were very rude. It just seemed that they had this rudeness in their working culture. After I completed documentation, the second key they had for my new Rav4 did not work. Sales person promised he would get the second key done, but I forgot to get this in writing. Now, they are declining, extremely rudely, to give me my second key for this car saying they need it in writing, even though they said they know they owe the key to me. They are asking me to pay money to get it done from their service/parts division. I am extremely disgusted with these folks, shame on Sandy Springs Toyota. I learned my lesson, never again with Sandy Springs Toyota. More
My sales rep was Nate Richards and I highly recommend this guy. He is a recent college grad and comes equipped with an easy going personality, a knowledgeable understanding of Toyota's and most of all- h this guy. I did my homework via the Internet and initially reached out to the dealership local to Roswell. They seemed bothered so I turned my attention to the next one in close proximity and was initially responded to via email by Fritz. He is a personable guy who answered my question patiently via email and once my questions where answered sufficiently, invited me in to meet the staff and test drive a Prius. Upon arrival at the dealership I was handed off to the eager and willing Nate. There was minimal game playing and zero hard salesmanship. When I asked them to honor the lease special I found on the Internet they did so, and quickly located me the exact car I desired. I highly recommend this dealership and especially my representative, Nate Richards. I will be buying a Sienna this early summer and I am certain that it will be from Sandy Springs Toyota. More
Upon arrival, we were greeted with kindness as we browsed the car lot. Fritz was the first to approach us to make sure we were being assisted. Fritz was very much motivated to help me find the car that was right for me. He was able to get a great deal on my 2010 Toyota Corolla. Fritz made sure I was happy with my purchase and that everything was detailed to my understanding. I truly appreciate Fritz for his hard work and dedication. He stayed on top of his "game" tending to various customers and never keeping me waiting for long periods of time (as I had driving 2 1/2 hours to visit Sandy Springs). Thank you Fritz for your professionalism, car expertise, kindness, and patience. Because of your help, I am now happily driving the car that best suit my needs (better gas mileage/lower monthly payments). My trip to Sandy Springs has begun a great business relationship and I have recommended my family to your dealership. They are looking forward to purchasing a vehicle soon. I must admit it had been many years since I had bought a car and I was more than nervous, but Moses made my car buying experience very easy. He told me to just tell him what I wanted and he would get it for me, I told him and he did. Everything was done professionally and expeditiously. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service I received and the overall process, and on top of all this, I received a great deal on my Camry. Today, my wife and I purchased a two-year old vehicle in great condition from Sandy Springs Toyota-Scion. Moses Buraleh handled our initial inquiry a few weeks ago. We were very impressed with his friendliness, courtesy and product knowledge. Although we didn't purchase a car on our first visit, he was attentive in following up with us and addressing our questions. So, we felt very comfortable when we returned today to the dealership. On our arrival today, Moses was committed to an appointment with another customer. But, he coordinated with Fred Barnet to ensure we received appropriate assistance. Fred Barnet was just as friendly, courteous and attentive as Moses. Fred assisted us with a test drive and addressed many questions about the car. Most importantly, when I challenged the asking price for the car with relevant analysis, Fred became our advocate in convincing management to accept our much-lower counteroffer. Additionally, Fred was very helpful in coordinating the evaluation of our trade-in vehicle and the sales paperwork. My wife and I are very satisfied with our vehicle, and we greatly respect the very professional customer service from Moses and Fred. Al Durany More
