Sandy Springs Toyota is the best!!! Ren, my salesman, took care of me. I am in the Navy and stationed in Washington, DC.; however, my home is in Georgia. Because he answered all of my questions and was so nice, polite and professional, I decided to seal the deal. I flew to Atlanta yesterday and it took less than 15 minutes for me to be in my new car and on my way (after a test drive, of course). Ren got all the information he needed from me over the phone, which made the transaction go so quickly and smoothly yesterday. I was searching the internet for a replacement for my vehicle since I was giving my Highlander to my daughter, whose Camry was getting up in miles. My goal was to find a good price on one of the new Priuses. Sandy Springs had advertised online a good price on a new 2011 Prius. So I called for the Internet dept. and was given to Renwick Casimir. Ren advised that the 2011 had been sold, but suggested a low mileage used 2011 Prius in the same price range. So I traveled to the dealership to look at the car. Upon arrival, someone else had beaten me to the car. Nevertheless Ren agreed to beat the price on a new 2012 Prius (advertised online by another dealer that was my backup) and also suggested a 2012 Prius demo with low mileage that I ended up buying for the same price as the original ad for the 2011. My experience last weekend at Sandy Springs Toyota was comfortable and productive. Ren was very good to work with, followed up when appropriate, and was completely above-board during the negotiation process. This is the second Toyota I purchased at Sandy Springs (2009 Matrix four years ago), and my experience both times has been very good. More

After making an appointment (on a Saturday evening) to meet with him at the dealership, we got hung up in road construction and were very late arriving, Fritz stayed late to accommodate our schedule, he answered my tough questions honestly, negotiated fairly (without gamesmanship) and was respectful of our time. Talk about no hassle - car price was settled over the phone in five minutes - and the price was excellent. The price was so low I expected add ons, games, tricks, etc - but none of this happened. These folks are world class - I worked with Fritz, Sales Manager Randy Hicks and Finance Manager Paul Mitchell - I only wish I had need for another Toyota because Sandy Springs deserves my business. In the future even if their price is no better than a local dealership I will still deal with Sandy Springs because I know they operate with honestly and integrity - a rarity in the car business. Working with Fritz and his sales manager was a really easy process. They had a non-aggressive approach but were determined to get me into the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted.
