I've reviewed the file and the numbers aren't adding up. It appears we gave you what you paid for the vehicle. Roughly $15900 it seems. We also discounted the car on the second deal at great loss to us. I've also reviewed the signatures on your original contract. You signed for those items three different times. Our attempt last night was to assist you in accomplishing the goals you had in mind. We apologize the numbers did not turn out the way you had hoped but this is not uncommon for any individual trying to trade a car a week after they purchased. Someone from our team is reaching out to you now but I hope you feel compelled to remove this review as I can't imagine we treated you with anything but kindness in this situation.
