I would not recommend doing business with Sandy Springs Toyota. I live over 2 hours away and agreed to purchase a truck on the phone. They collected my debt card # for a deposit on the truck. The salesman Toyota. I live over 2 hours away and agreed to purchase a truck on the phone. They collected my debt card # for a deposit on the truck. The salesman contacted me first thing the next morning & supplied a purchase order with all required information for the credit union. He also talked to my credit union multiple times. I arranged to pick the vehicle up that same day. The credit union processed my loan (I started paying interest on the loan then), I acquired insurance on the vehicle which I also started paying on. The salesman contacted me & stated the GM had drove the vehicle home and was off the next day. I continued trying to get in touch with the sales manager (Moses) that had sold me the truck for 3 days. After numerous calls, I finally got to speak to someone after 3 days of paying on a loan and insurance on a truck that I did not have only to find out THEY HAD SOLD THE TRUCK OUT FROM UNDER ME!!!!!!!! Needless To say I was not happy. I was out money for a truck they had promised me numerous times was mine and would not be sold from under me. They were not willing to rectify the situation with a vehicle near the same criteria or better without trying to up sell me into a higher priced vehicle. I would not take a vehicle there to get the windshield cleaned after the customer service I experienced. I have been in the business world for many years & lying to a customer and deceiving them is definitely not good business. Please take extreme caution before doing business with Sandy Springs Toyota! If I could leave negative stars I would! More
Not a great experience, mainly due to them starting off on the wrong foot. Right away, there was zero enthusiasm from the guys just standing around on the lot outside, staring off into space. I thought th on the wrong foot. Right away, there was zero enthusiasm from the guys just standing around on the lot outside, staring off into space. I thought they were just other customers at first. Nope, wrong. They were the actual salespeople. I asked if someone could assist me, and the manager not-so-eagerly walked out of the group. He had plenty of sarcasm to add as well to basic questions. Nobody has time for that. After more of the same general bad attitude by the other salespeople, I decided to leave. This just wasn't a place to do business with. More
I went to buy a 2007 Jeep Commander that I fell in love with on their website. Everything seemed pretty great until I took it home. I have not had my car no even two weeks yet and the engine has died on me with on their website. Everything seemed pretty great until I took it home. I have not had my car no even two weeks yet and the engine has died on me over five times. I took it to my local Jeep to see what was wrong and they told me I need a new throttle position sensor! I called the dealership and spoke to the Services Manager David and he went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. They even paid for all the repairs. I am just glad that they make sure the customer is happy no matter the circumstance. I would recommend them to a friend. :) More

I (with a friend) went to Sandy Springs Toyota, Georgia on Friday 12/16/2012 to look at a new Camry LE Silver. I have a signed contract for them to give us the Toyota Camry LE Silver VIN# 4T1BF1FK5cu636914 on Friday 12/16/2012 to look at a new Camry LE Silver. I have a signed contract for them to give us the Toyota Camry LE Silver VIN# 4T1BF1FK5cu636914 for $21,250 including 0 % financing for which we filled out a Credit Application. I even wrote out a check for $5000 as down payment on the deal. The dealership didn’t have the car so they asked us to come back on Wednesday (12/19/12) morning. I had already told everybody I was going to pick up the car, and I was totally excited. I showed up at the dealership and we see a car with 200+ Miles on it, a license tag from a dealership in Augusta, SC, grass on the carpet, coffee stains next to the cup holder, and stains on the driver seat. I test drove the car that I had already apparently purchased and was ready to go into finalizing the paperwork when the Sales Agent (Obinna) comes and tells us that he wants another $1000 to honor the original commitment. I tried to negotiate (AGAIN DESPITE A SIGNED AGREEMENT) with them agreeing to pay another $1000 only if they installed a back-up camera + other accessories which I need due to ongoing health issues with my spine. A very rude and obnoxious manager came up to me and with a raised voice told us why he can’t honor the deal telling us that he didn’t personally sign the contract (basically indicating that since he didn’t sign, he couldn’t be accountable for the contract). Finally as the discussion escalated with the rude manager we had to take our check and be forced out of the dealership. The complaint I have is regarding Sandy Springs Toyota refusing to honor a contract made in front of two witnesses and Obinna. We all agreed on the deal construct and Sandy Springs Toyota refused to honor it. The principle of the matter is that after a contract they wanted to sneak in another $1000 because I may seem harmless due to my physical disability; this is what I am most upset about other than the fact that I didn’t get a car. Obi is a good guy and knew what the rude manager was trying to do and avoided eye contact when the manager came out. More
The Sandy Springs Toyota staff, especially Ren Casimir, provided excellent customer service throughout the buying process. We were able to negotiate an agreed sales price prior to my arrival at the dealers provided excellent customer service throughout the buying process. We were able to negotiate an agreed sales price prior to my arrival at the dealership, as I live over 2 hours away. Well, the drive was definitely worth it! Not only did they offer the best price of any dealer I contacted, but they were also very diligent and professional throughout the entire process. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, I would highly recommend giving Sandy Springs Toyota an opportunity to earn your business! More
We bought our new Toyota Sienna yesterday from Ren Casimir at Sandy Springs Toyota. We came prepared to buy a 2012 and discovered they had none left at least at our trim level: guess we procrastinate Casimir at Sandy Springs Toyota. We came prepared to buy a 2012 and discovered they had none left at least at our trim level: guess we procrastinated too long. No problem, Ren said they could make us a good deal on a 2013, and they did. This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Zero pressure. Ren was so friendly and helpful, pleasant to work with, and most importantly as I said never made us feel pressured to make a decision one way or the other. After spending weeks looking at the prices of countless Siennas new and used, we walked away knowing we got a great deal with great competitive financing. People buying the Siennna already probably know what they want and that they are getting a reliable car, but I feel good knowing that we got the right car for the right price. No nagging feelings that we could have done better. I expect to keep this minivan til my newborn is in high school -- who knows -- so I don't expect to be back at the dealership anytime soon, but I'd recommend anyone in the market for a new Toyota go to Ren at Sandy Springs. This was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Ren was exceptional. The detailed explanation of pricing and honesty was a pleasant surprise. There were none of the typical car sa purchasing a car. Ren was exceptional. The detailed explanation of pricing and honesty was a pleasant surprise. There were none of the typical car salesman one liners or dishonesty about dealer treatment of paint and inteiors for an astonomical exta charge. Fantastic price and a Big Thank You for that. Paul was also very professional in the finance area not pressure or condecending speech. Answered all my questions patiently like Ren. Thank you for your ethics and professional atmosphere. I purchased a truck in 1981 from you all and I am glad to do business with you again. I definetly recommend in the future. Stony Lockridge More

I years. My last few visits were with the assistant service manager Justin Flugman. I recently stopped by and learned Justin was no longer there. I was sad to hear that because he was by far the most professional customer service advisor I have encountered in many years of having our car serviced. I hope the hiring managers hire some more people like Justin Flugman. He was truly a pleasure to work with. And, if anyone knows where he is now, can you please let me know.
