On the phone the other day, Garret Black answered my every question and guided me to have the Apple CarPlay installed in my car, when my car was to be serviced. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was greeted with warm smiles and great respect. David Ray and Daniel Pistillo explained to me exactly what was going to be done during the oil change, the rotation of the tires, and the installation of the Apple CarPlay software. The dealership arranged for me to be transported home and back to the dealership. Daniel had arranged for Lauren to assist me in picking up my car, since he would be leaving before my car would be finished. The software took longer to download than expected, and Lauren kept giving me updates and explanations for the delay in a kind, caring, and reassuring manner. She introduced me to Don, who gave me a demonstration on the implementation and use of the Apple CarPlay in my car. He was extremely understanding and patient with me in my attempts at learning the ins and outs of the capabilities of this new software. Don assisted me in downloading Google Maps on my phone and explained how this app works with Apple CarPlay. Don's knowledge base is amazing, and his ability to explain the main features to me are to be admired. Every staff member at Rick Hendrick Toyota is professional, courteous, efficient, and respectful. How fortunate Rick Hendrick Toyota is to have such a dream team! More

Unbelievably Bad Experience! I have waited ten days to review this dealership, assuming that I would be contacted by someone from the dealership to explain what happened. However ten days later, I have not heard from anyone and feel I must post this review. After test driving a 2019 Avalon Touring and negotiating an acceptable sales price I went to Rick Hendrick on 8/28 and signed paperwork for the specific car I wanted and gave them a $1000 check as a deposit. When I left at 2:30 PM I was told that Jason would call me within an hour or so to confirm that they had gotten the car for me (the car was at another local dealership). I waited for the rest of the day on Wednesday and until around noon on Thursday, but received no call back. At noon on Thursday I called the salesperson, Annabell, who seemed surprised that I had not been called. She said she would speak to Jason and call me right back. She never called me back. Thursday night around 7:00 Jason called and left me his cell phone number. I was not home but called him back on Friday morning and left my cell phone number and asked him to call me back. I never got a call back. On Friday I put a stop payment on the $1000 deposit check. On Saturday I went to another Toyota dealer and purchased the exact same car that I had "purchased" on Wednesday from Rick Hendrick. I still have had no call from Rick Hendrick explaining what happened and no offer to return my $1000 check. I find it hard to believe that a customer trying to buy a $43,000 car would be treated this badly. More
They make you loose trust in mankind I bought a carolla a week ago. The papers were being signed so fast that I did not get time to read through things. Now they give you all the documents on a usb drive. 278 miles later I returned to the dealers for a swap out. Since it was missing some of the safety features after calling them and them agreeing to it. Well they made sure I would not want to trade by offering me about 10000 less than what I paid. And adding all kinds of costs that we didn’t know where they were coming from. They were trying to fleece us. So watch out when you sign papers with them. They are not trustworthy.
