The finance person included $3300 extended warranty (which I didn't want) and 5 prepaid financed oil changes at $75 bucks each (which I did not want, either). It's been almost 3 weeks and I still did not have my final paperwork/contract with those 2 items removed. More

Fair and honest service prices I was quoted $1038.00 for a water pump replacement on a 2013 Tundra, this was at Marietta Toyota, service adviser Terrance Jones. I thought that was way too much and declined the service so he charged me $126.00 for a "diagnostic". I contacted Gina at Rick Hendrick Toyota and was given the price of $603.00. Same exact work, quite different price. Check with Gina before you get service anywhere else, it's worth the drive. More

I have never had to wait more than a few weeks after buying a new or used car to be able to get my license plate. After following the recommendation of the tag office, I attempted to call the title clerk numerous times. She never answered the phone and never returned any of my messages. Attempted to call her manager, with the same results. Finally, after several weeks, I reached out to the general manager, who was able to resolve the issue within a half an hour. Should not have had to get to that point. I would be fired from my job if I had that poor of communication! Simply outrageous. If not for the great sales staff, I would've given 1 star. More

Every time I called in I got a different service manager and/or service writer. My very first time in, they did not do what I had requested and they neglected to wash my vehicle. I have a 4Runner, which was part of a "recall" to replace a cracking dashboard. They "forgot" to order the parts for my 4Runner, so it is taking inordinately long to get the dash replaced. Now I have to wait in line while other owners get their fixed in the order received. They SAY they're sorry, which is all I ever get from Businesses nowadays: sorry. I would pick another place for servicing your Toyota. Or better yet: Buy American. More

After Garrett Black educated us on all of the different models and gave us comparables, we understood that a new car actually would be better. He took time to show us all of the differences and how things worked. He got us to the price we were looking for. He even took extra time at the end to set up my Bluetooth and entune! I am so happy with the price and warrantys that came with it. Cal took care of us in the financial department too! My husband and I felt very comfortable and the customer service has been great! More

Tried to push extended warranties until they were blue in the face. CHeck engine light came on the first day. Took it back, they would not give me a refund which under state law they are supposed to. They said they fixed it. Next trip check engine light came on. Now trying again to get my money back and they won't here of it,. They want to try and fix it again. Heck I work I cannot keep going to the d#$@ dealership. More
