For over a month I have been waiting patiently for my vehicle, a 2011 Nissan Maxima with 125k+ miles, to be fixed by a local mechanic. I have not received my car back yet because the mechanic who has be vehicle, a 2011 Nissan Maxima with 125k+ miles, to be fixed by a local mechanic. I have not received my car back yet because the mechanic who has been working on it cannot determine what the problem is as to why the car won’t start. On Friday, December 16th, I had the car towed to another auto shop. During this past month I contacted Rick Hendricks Toyota to discuss if they would be willing to extend me a cash offer for my car. Reese Hamm responded and contacted me within one day of my inquiry and has been working with me ever since. Reese has contacted me a few times each week during this process to check on the status of my vehicle repairs and to see how I was “holding up” throughout this long period. She has remained patient with me throughout my ordeal with these car repairs, always encouraging me and reassuring me that this process would eventually work its way out. Although I haven’t got my car back yet, I know that I can look forward to a pleasant phone call from Reese to check on how things are progressing and to provide a friendly smile and an encouraging word. Reese is one of the kindest, sweetest, most pleasant and encouraging people I have ever met. She is a tremendous asset to the Rick Hendricks Toyota team and deserves to be honored and thanked for her outstanding work and her dedication to her job. She is truly a professional’s professional. I look forward to finally meeting Reese in person and all the folks at Rick Hendricks Toyota. Who knows, maybe once I bring my Nissan Maxima to Hendricks Toyota, I will be able to work out a deal for a pre-Owned vehicle rather than just receive a cash offer for my car.
