The first salesman that greeted me insisted on only showing me one vehicle and then wanted to run my credit. I told him I did not want to run my credit until I found the vehicle that I was completely happy with. I told him I couldn't make my decision being only showing one vehicle. Growing frustrated with him I was preparing to leave. I felt like he was taking advantage of my situation because I was a woman with two children who he believed had minimal car buying experience. Until I met David Ly. David was amazing from the start. By this time it was already 8 o'clock and my children were growing tired, he offered them refreshments and was more then willing to show me the entire inventory of 4Runners which I had drove over an hour to see. Acworth to Sandy Springs. After David help me find the right car for my family's needs, he was on the ball about getting everything done promptly. By this time it was 11 o'clock and I was unable to close my deal he was able to get the vehicle loan to me for 3 days until I could return that following Sunday to complete the paperwork. He introduced me to Samuel Gattuso* (spelling) who helped make the 4 runner all mine!! Samuel was single-handedly the most efficient and honestly trustworthy finance person I've ever dealt with. He got us an 8.**%Apr on a 35k loan. He was willing to run different requests with banks to find the right and best deal for us! We are so pleased and will be back to upgrade my husbands Toyota Tundra! More

Seller and Manager was great! BUT NOT FINANCE DEPARTMENT!! I have purchased a vehicle in last month the payment was due 3.27.2017. However, I still have not receive the payment bill or welcoming letter as of I have purchased a vehicle in last month the payment was due 3.27.2017. However, I still have not receive the payment bill or welcoming letter as of today. In order for me to register setf.com (carpaymentwebsite), I need to have an account number which can be found from welcoming letter or payment bill. On 3.24, Winston from finance department have called me and requested couple documents that he need to receive it from me, so I sent it on that day. My question is, why are you guys asking me to send the required document 3 days before my payment is due? Don't you guys think this is late process? Due to this cause, my bill is backed up, this is the reason why I did not receive the bill payment or welcoming letter. I have talked with one of staffs from setf and according to them, they cannot find my information from their system is because the finance department from dealer shop have not posted anything on their system yet. Therefore, I called the dealer shop and requested to speak with finance department. According to Carry, the finance director, told me to come to their shop and pay the bill or give my card number so they can take the money out from by bank account. I honestly don’t trust anyone that means I do not want to share my card number through the phone. I was trying to explain to her on the phone that I did not receive the bill payment from them due to this reason, I couldn't pay this bill . I just don't like the fact they are trying to blame on me not getting the bill even though it is 100% their fault. Carry also even said " I DO NOT NEED TO AND I DON"T WANT TO LISTEN TO YOU. YOU NEED TO COME TO THE SHOP AND PAY THE BILL OR GET THE LATE PENALTY FEE" THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER. Going there and pay the bill is really doesn't matter for me. BUT, the way she said was very rude!. I honestly don't think she is the right person to have a position at that place. I wish I can give 0 star! More
