This dealership is run by bunch of crooks! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! On 9/5/22 we went to Rick Hendrick Toyota for a 2008 coverable which they were advertising , we liked it and told the salesman Cris !!!!!!!!!!!!!! On 9/5/22 we went to Rick Hendrick Toyota for a 2008 coverable which they were advertising , we liked it and told the salesman Cristopher, that we want to precede with the sale after we get the car inspected by our mechanic, they told us we can finance the car if we put half down. On friday when we went to pick up the car they wanted a deposit we agree $1,000. casher's check deposit. the mechanic checked out the car and found a few things wrong which was certified by the dealers mechanic. 1- loose front tire rod 2- Battery 5 years old, end of life cycle 3- 2 Tire sensors not working 4- coverable top fibers seperation 5- Mold in trunk. When we test drove the car it hat the original matts , Christopher told us that the car came with 2 keys, we only got one on delivery, the radio map was outdated he told us he has the cd to update the maps, later he told us the cd was $205.80, its not worth it he lied to us we went and installed an apple car radio for $500. After getting the car checked out they would only replace the battery, Cristopher and his Manager said they didn't make enough profit on us, we preceded with the sale anyway, after almost a week , from 9/5 -9/13 the finance dept worked on the loan, we gave them $7,000 in 2 cashiers checks, they said we were approved and picked up the car on Friday 9/9, Cristopher only gave us one key and was going to look for the other one, when we got home we realized they were no matts in the car. We called the salesman and he said he dosen;t remember seeing them.. On Tuesday one of the Manager calls us to tell us they want the car back, the finance did not go through, over a week later they call us to tell us the news, they were very rude they didn't offer any option , we could had finance the car ourselves. WE spent almost $2,00. in inspection update radio and order parts for it, if you want the car back give us our deposit and money, expenses we spent, you screw up not us. After reading some reviews , some byers are still waiting for their deposit back a month later. We even told the Sales manager we would pay the balance in full cash, his answer was I'm not gonna do you any any favors after the way you treated my staff. I had no idea what he was talking about. I just wanted my car. Beware Of this dealer they are not reputable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He told me I wasn't approved, I called all 3 credit bureaus and was approved. They will lie to you and rip you off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After two night went buy I was devastated I receives a phone call from Head of finance, A Ms. Shameka. Asking me when I was going to bring my car in for the new battery, the second key. My new matts, and all the ret of my other repairs the car needed as well as the car still needed to be detailed. I thought she was trying to joke me into taking my car. but she was the real deal. I told her what happened, she was totally unaware. Tameka told me I definitely was approved an all of my repairs were waiting for me at the dealer. Including a Loaner car for me so I didn't have to wait there while my car was being repaired and detailed. I was now feeling like I am in the right car lealer. A dealer that I would definitely buy my next car ar. When I got there Tameka introduced me to the General Manager who equally was shocked at me experience and was going to do and did make sure I and others was not going to experience that again. There is a bad apple in every bunch and that salesman was a bad apple. one policy that this dealer has and I very impressed is when there is a price is advertised that is the price, the only thing they ad is tax and a few fees. my salesman tried tried to add $3000 on an advertised vehicle price. Like I said, One bad apple in an amazing company Run by a Great General manager, Lee Crumpton. With Great policies for us the customers. To get great cars at great prices.
