Finally an honest dealer serviceman Giovanny got my recalls taken care of with the least disruption to my life possible. Despite the fact that we purchased two new Toyotas from Nalley in Giovanny got my recalls taken care of with the least disruption to my life possible. Despite the fact that we purchased two new Toyotas from Nalley in 2012, their service department was unwilling to help us with the recalls and was unapologetic about their unwillingness to get our car in for service in a timely manner or provide a loaner for a trip to FL with our children that we felt unsafe making with defective airbags. Toyota referred me to Giovanny at Rick Hendrick and he gave me a beautiful rental so my family could safely go on a trip that had been scheduled for months. He got my airbag and sliding door recalls handled in the meantime. He quoted me very reasonable prices on work that needed to be done on my car (at my request). He never pushed anything, he just honestly answered questions and even helped me prioritize work that we needed to have done. I called the service department one day with a question about the rental I was using. Giovanny called me back **on his day off** because he got a notification that I had called with a problem. He insisted on getting me the answer to my question even though it was his day off and called me back within 30 minutes. I am so pleased with Giovanny and will not hesitate to use him for all our service needs in the future. We will drive past 3 other dealers that are closer to Giovanny because of his integrity. Highly recommend him for all your Toyota service needs! More

My experience at Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy Springs I bought a pre-owned 2014 Honda Civic for my daughter living in CA. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still I bought a pre-owned 2014 Honda Civic for my daughter living in CA. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Susann Davis who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and she said, "Great”. I ended up purchasing the vehicle, including a service to ship the vehicle to California (to be handled by a third party). We agreed for two minor repairs and removal of seat covers before shipment. Susann promised to follow up with this and I left the car with the dealership. The minor repairs were done and the shipment arranged in less than 48 – the speed at which it was done was astonishing and is above and beyond my expectation. I can't say enough about Susann as my sales contact - she was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks and no pressure - just great! Upon arrival in California, my daughter informed me that the car seat cover was not removed. I reached out to Susann and although she was travelling she responded fast and informed me to direct the issue to Manish Zinta, the sales Director. He apologized for the oversight and wrote “please take the car to the most convenient place and get the seat cover removed. I will cut a check for the amount once I have the invoice”. My daughter got the seat cover removed – we sent the receipt to Manish and I got the check for the expense in less than a week. Both Susann and Manish had everything taken care of even on the evenings. They turned what could've been a disappointment into a good experience. I understand that issues can happen, but it's how they handled those issues is what I see and what really matters most to me. Susann and Manish are worthy of any of my business and if I need anything in the future I would make the 90 min trip to deal with them again! Buyer Beware!!! I'm not one to write negative reviews but this place makes you lose confidence in the Rick Hendrick franchise and the sales culture at this location. I'm not one to write negative reviews but this place makes you lose confidence in the Rick Hendrick franchise and the sales culture at this location. I had a very bad experience here but ended up finding a better Toyota dealership in Kennesaw,GA. I want to share some advice before you visit this dealership. Disclaimer, if you're looking to buy a new Toyota and are paying cash, this dealership may be fine. Just know all the rebates and discounts before you go. However, I was looking to trade my '16 Toyota in for a pre-owned Lexus. Here's some take aways: 1. A Lot of their used cars on their lot are bought from Auctions across the region and usually have some negative discounting event. (Usually listed on Carfax) 2. They have the lowest advertised price on most cars. This is where the "Buyer Beware" comment comes in. Even though the car should be discounted anyway, they have an excessively high dealer fee AND a marked-up dealer accessory package that they say is mandatory. These fees are not mandatory and you should negotiate them off your deal. 3. They will surprise you with a below market trade-in value if you have one. They say since they discount the car so much they make up for it on discounting your current car's trade in value. Funny right? Just make sure you check out KBB or Edmunds or any other reputable appraisal site. Importantly, you may decide not to waste your time trying to negotiate just find the same car that's priced a little higher at another dealership. You will NET a better deal after you factor in what I summarized above. 4. If you have great credit then you should get a great rate. If you have good or fair credit , you should get a good or fair rate. The last part of my disappointment with this dealership is the lack of character on behalf of my contact. A fellow by the name of Manish. He failed to do the right thing for me and honesty is not one of his work strengths. Very surprised that in 2017 with all the transparency, a culture like this still exists. They sell a lot of cars and I'm shocked how that's possible. After reading the positive reviews, most people seem pretty happy. Maybe it was just me but now at least you have some things to watch for. Last point on the car buying experience. Car salesman all the way up to GM are usually the hardest working people you'll meet. It's OK and acceptable to have mark-ups and profit to keep these hard working folks in business and provide for their families. However, this dealership has a major credibility issue and this character flawed culture is not indicative of some other car dealers in the area. More
