Unprofessional, disrespectful. As if my experience with this dealership wasn’t bad enough, when it was time to refund my money, they would not pick up. It was a nightmare. And finally I got this idiot on the phone on Monday. And he said he will mail it over night. Two days later, nothing. I called him on Thursday and he decided to yell on the phone because I asked how come they still had my check in their possession after he said it will be sent overnight. He said they’ve done everything they can for me and hung up. I called back and politely told him that he had ko right to hang up on a customer, I just want to know why and when the check will be sent. Once again, he hung up.
