Fantastic experience purchasing a new Land Cruiser. I went in for an oil and filter change. I stayed hoping the service would be completed within an hour or so. The service advisor sent me an email and text while I was in the waiting room. W I stayed hoping the service would be completed within an hour or so. The service advisor sent me an email and text while I was in the waiting room. Why would she do that when I was there waiting. Perhaps she did not know I was waiting although I booked online and said I would be waiting. She came to me and asked if I saw the text? She then said there were issues that needed my attention and whether I wanted the technicians to proceed. I said yes and asked how much longer it would be. She said perhaps another hour or so. She comes a second time and said technicians found another issue. I declined having them to work on the issue. I had been waiting now from 1pm until 6:30 p.m. when another service advisor came in and asked who was my service advisor? I told him. He left and checked with the technicians to see how much longer. He said they were almost finished. I waited another thirty minutes. Afterwards my service advisor comes into the waiting room and says the work is finished. More
