Greg Hawes has been my servicer multiples times and he always makes sure I am taken care of. I most recently came in for squeaky brakes. They fixed the issue on the rear but a few days after I noticed it always makes sure I am taken care of. I most recently came in for squeaky brakes. They fixed the issue on the rear but a few days after I noticed it happening in the front too. As soon as he saw me pull up again he got the head technician to ride around in the parking lot with me so I could point out exactly when I’d hear the squeak and they made sure I felt like my concerns were heard and I was prioritized. Turns out my brakes in the front needed a tune up too and they did it within hours. I appreciate this so much and absolutely will return. More
