I have spent hours in a dealership in the past, but Chris and his team were very efficient and made the process as quick and painless as possible. Although I'm not a fan of mandatory LoJack (I didn't even know that was still a thing) and window tint, I was very pleased not to be charged a "market adjustment" like other Toyota and Honda dealerships are charging now.
