Willingness to assist in resolving a misunderstanding My salesman was Darryl D and the Finance person was Donnie Wilmoth. I saw the car online and drove up to test drive. Without hesitation, Darryl D went above and beyond what a sales person would normally do to assist us with the purchase of this car. We were about to leave and Donnie was able to work out a purchase that fits my wallet. I can’t express how excellent the service was and how I am so satisfied with my purchase. I identified myself as a Veteran and the acknowledgment of my service was outstanding! More

This advantage is like the advantage you have when you lose a lot of money! So much fun. So, I was interested in a car there, drove way cross town to look. Look I did at the sticker! The sticker was MSRP which is normal on a sticker BUT the Rick Hendrick Advantage added $2200 dollars more! It added the garbage that used to be prevalent in the '70's like undercoating and fabric repellent but with savvy customers and the internet you usually don't see it at reputable dealers nowadays but it's making a comeback at Rick Hendrick Toyota. The way overpriced GARBAGE included Nitrogen? in tires, window tinting, door guards, wheel locks, and a GPS contraption called Kahu, Toyoguard Platinum, some sort of "paint sealant" (undercoating anyone?) all for $2200 extra and MANDATORY. If you love paying extra for nothing but fluff come here. If you are a smart consumer: bounce! More

I brought my 2015 Toyota Corolla in for recall work. The work was done by my regular mechanic at the dealer Fred Mastanos. As I usually am pleased with the service experience I was this time too. Decent New car sale (but with a couple transparency issues) Overall a decent sale experience but a couple transparency issues to look out for, Here is a synopsis of my sales experience: Pros: They had Overall a decent sale experience but a couple transparency issues to look out for, Here is a synopsis of my sales experience: Pros: They had enough inventory that we easily found what should've been a relatively rare vehicle (The number of Highlander Limited AWDs in the southeast is very... well, limited - no pun intended). Our sales person Mark Brooks, was very cordial patient and personable. He never once rushed us into a decision, and he didn't mind offering his honest opinion between the two different models we were deciding between. Mark was relatively well-versed in the features and functions of the vehicles, and got most all of them exactly correct. They were just a couple minor explanations that were not quite right, but nothing critical. Everyone involved was pleasant and cordial to deal with, beginning with the BDC Internet associate, through the sales person, the sales manager, F&I manager and delivery specialist. Cons The process took over six (6) hours. There were large blocks of time spent waiting between one activity and the next. To be fair, we did come during the later part of the pandemic so perhaps they were not at full staff and ready to go yet. I suppose I see some benefit to the window tint, wheel locks, and roof rack cross bars but one of the other items added by the dealer automatically was a vehicle tracking system called Kahu, This is a simplified duplicate of the Toyota Service Connect and Service Connect app. (which Toyota has already built into the vehicle from the factory). I was told it could not be removed, so I "paid for" an aftermarket tracking system that has only a few of the features of the factory built-in system. Double-charge #1. Likewise, floor mats. It came with a factory set of floor mats, as itemized on the Monroney (window) sticker, but yet another set of dealer-installed mats was listed on the addendum sticker. No, the vehicle did not come with two sets of mats. Double charge #2. To the dealer's credit, when brought this to their attention, they did refund the double-charge for the floor mats. In the end we ended up with a fantastic new car that we love, but I do have some concerns about the two issues as described above. Suggestion: They are going to want to give you all your documents on a thumb drive but you'll benefit by asking them to print out the buyer's order to review before you sign it. Go slow in the process and double check the Monroney (window) sticker against all the numbers on paperwork, looking for possible double-charges. More
