Customer service is nonexistent. Had an appointment on Tuesday and did not get my vehicle back until Saturday. No I did not have anything major done. Not one time during my service call was I ever contacted by the dealership to update me on the status of my vehicle, all calls were initiated by me. I was told multiple times that I was second in line but that was just lip service as my vehicle was not seen until the end of the second day. So much for having an appointment. When I was provided a completion date/time that came and went without a word. I had to call them the next day. So again their customer service is below par. I will not buy anymore vehicles (3 so far) or service my vehicles there ever again. More
