We shopped several Chevy dealerships in the HR area and just wasn't overwhelmed by the customer service. Until we got to Colonial. We scheduled a day to come in and buy our 2012 Avalanche and were delighted to walk up and see it waiting for us in front of the dealership, prepped and ready to be ours! Mickey made everything so easy up front and Don, our salesman completed the paperwork expediently and professionally. I just can't say enough good things about this entire group. They may not offer "free car washes" or "manicures" but they do offer integrity and that, by far, is more important than the so called "freebies" that the other dealerships offer that inevitably show up on your bottom line anyhow.
