Basically they ruined and tarnished the experience of buying my first car by selling me a lemon. Only 24hrs after having my car it completely died and i had to get a new alternator plus my windows didnt buying my first car by selling me a lemon. One week later i was there again to have something fixed. Now here i am only a little over a month of having my car and its back there again. This time its for a blown head gasket. I went up there to show them the head gasket and how my car was overheating but they treated me like i didnt know what i was talking about. They have had my car for a week and 2 days and not ONCE has anyone contacted me on their own to let me know the status of my car. I was told by the manager my car would be ready today 06/26/2012 but now told its still wont be ready. All the staff continously gave me the run around every time i called. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I hope once i get my car back i never have to deal with them again! More

When I bought my truck there new in 06 the service was good and I had the same service advisor for a few years, he was great friendly and helpful. The past couple years they keep getting new advisors and good and I had the same service advisor for a few years, he was great friendly and helpful. As of yesterday the current advisor couldn't even find record of a repair they made on my truck when I called to say the same problem has resurfaced again and they want to charge me a hundred dollar diagnostic to find the same problem they supposedly already fixed More
