I can't say that with Preston, he's more like that sports jersey your wife keeps trying to get ride of but you just can't part with. I can honestly say Preston has become the second reason my wife and I keep going back to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Norfolk. He is always polite, doesn't try to push a deal and is there for you after the sale if you have an issue he works to get it resolved and has never failed to be able to answer any question (correctly) I have had about any vehicle. The rest of the staff I dealt with were also polite and cheerful. Ask for Preston, if he is with another customer wait for him, I believe you will find the wait worth while. More
