Awesome Deal I visited this dealership based on the great deals they had on line. My salesmen, Herman Tejeda, went out of his way along with new car sales manager I visited this dealership based on the great deals they had on line. My salesmen, Herman Tejeda, went out of his way along with new car sales manager, Moheeb Iqbal to find me a great deal. Herman even went and drove back a Silverado that was at another location. Sales Manager Moheeb worked out a deal that was too good to pass. With my trade in of a 2008 GMC Sierra and a great deal on the 2018 Silverado, I was ready to buy. James Barnes in finance found me a great interest rate and when I returned the next day with the title and extra keys for the Sierra, he went out of his way to include my GM Points, from a GM Credit Card, which brought my monthly payments down by nine dollars. I had to return the next day to get copies of the title to the Sierra and proof that there was no lien on the truck. I need this info to get a refund on an extended warranty with an outside company. Jim McNutt was in his office and immediately he went to work to get me those items. I will definitely return to this dealership in the future. I already take my 2016 Impala LTZ there for service. I won't reveal what I paid for the Silverado or the trade in allowance for the Sierra, but not other dealership in the area could match my awesome deal. Congrads to Herman Tejeda, he and his wife just had a baby boy the day after I bought the truck. More

Really?? Where does that happen? My first car payment wasn't even due for another 4 weeks. I've never heard of such NONSENSE!! I have 2 interviews this week and I signed up to drive for Uber which now I cannot do because they took my car back. They claim they will be giving me my down payment back after they "inspect the car". This is absurd! I need my down payment back! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Also, the car I traded in was apart of the deal which they were supposed to tow to the dealership after I bought the car and they never did. The mechanic where my car was said James called him and was nasty to him and proceeded to tell him that he never should have sold me my car because he didn't make anything on it. More
