MY BUYING EXPERIENCE This dealership needs to be a must visit if you are shopping for a vehicle!!!! My dealership experience started Monday 21 Jan 2019 at RK Chevrolet. This dealership needs to be a must visit if you are shopping for a vehicle!!!! My dealership experience started Monday 21 Jan 2019 at RK Chevrolet. I spent 3 hours at the dealership found a vehicle and began the process. I ended up leaving on Monday because we could not come to an agreement. So on Tuesday I get a couple text and a phone call with a better offer but not even close enough to even make me think about going back to the dealership. Fast forward to Wednesday I get a text message from the dealership stating hey I think we can get to the number you are comfortable with can you bring your trade in today to finish it up. Of course at this time I’m getting kind of excited because I’m about to have my dream muscle car in my possession. I take my truck in and spend 3 more hours there only to be very highly disappointed because we almost started over and going through 2 more people we couldn’t come to agreement. So needless to say I left without my car!!! So on Thursday I decided I was going to give another dealership a shot to close the deal!!! What a difference in the process between dealerships. I asked to speak with a sales representative and met Yasumaily! After going through the 4 day drama with her, giving the numbers I got at RK and the numbers I was trying to be at she looked right at me and said don’t worry we got you. She introduced me to Jay and as a team we got it done! Top notch sales representative (Yasumaily Rutz #ask4maily) totally looked out for me! Huge shout out to the sales manager Jay Cunningham (appreciate the up front no BS approach and taking care of the military). Hoohrah Marine!!! Thanks for your service More

Along with vishan, they were able to get me into a 2019 Tahoe and help me surprise my wife for her birthday. I believe this was the best birthday gift ever for her. Highly recommend if you are in the market stop in and see these two guys. After purchase noticed a slight imperfection in the paint on the 2500 and they fixed it quickly. More
