Rick Hendrick Chevrolet: -Very unwelcoming and unprofessional from beginning to end. -Charged a $140 for a diagnostic for them only to provide “suggestions” of what the problem may be. Not the actual problem. -As far fetched the suggestions were, all were acted upon and not one changed the issue. -Dealership will text asking to take a survey and if 100% satisfied. If you state you are not satisfied, don’t expect to receive a survey or reply back. -Left multiple messages for service supervisor and/or manager to call me back. Not one returned phone call from either after multiple days. Since then have taken my vehicle to RK Chevrolet and what a NIGHT and DAY difference to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. -RK employees are professional and welcoming -Returned phone calls -Charge less for their diagnostic test -Will continue to trouble shoot the problem with your vehicle until they are able to diagnose the exact problem; no matter how long it may take and will not charge extra. -They will not make “suggestions”, they will tell you the actual problem. These Chevrolet Dealerships are independently owned, so some like RK Chevrolet will uphold the Chevrolet standard, others like Rick Hendrick Chevrolet will not. More

I had not been back to use Rick Hendrick service in about 6 months and there were q lot of new faces. Unfortunately the inexperience showed. I dropped my car off the evening before an 8 am appointment on a 6 months and there were q lot of new faces. Unfortunately the inexperience showed. I dropped my car off the evening before an 8 am appointment on a Wednesday and they just started to do my routine oil change and state inspection at 4:30 pm on Wednesday. It also took 23 minutes for me to get my car despite me being one of only two customers being helped by five employees. They were horribly inefficient. More
Tried to return vehicle with in 2 business hours of owning due to undisclosed issues with vehicle and would not accept back. The process was very quick. Wes Slane was very helpful and did his best to get us a good deal. Caroline laughed at me as she was walking by, but I guess I said something funny.
