They changed my oil and took care of my tires like I asked. However I’d expressed concern over my “check engine light” and after discussion decided to just have the light reset. As I was paying I was to asked. However I’d expressed concern over my “check engine light” and after discussion decided to just have the light reset. As I was paying I was told, “there’s absolutely something wrong with your engine, the light is definitely going to come back on, just bring it back when it does.” I feel that should’ve been brought to my attention while my car was still being serviced because then I would’ve asked to do a diagnostic check then. Instead my light came back on 2 hours later and I was told it would be 2 weeks before my car could be seen. The only reason I’m bringing my car back is because I haven’t been able to find a sooner appointment somewhere else. I don’t trust that the technicians will take care of my car or be upfront about what’s wrong with it. I also didn’t appreciate being called a “dumba$$” by the receptionist when I was making the appointment to bring my car back. I was frustrated trying to work around my work schedule and figure out when I could bring my car back in, so I apologize for not being able to give her an immediate answer. I’m hoping this next visit goes better, but I will absolutely not be bringing my car back here again. This is the worst Chevy Service Center I’ve taken my car to. More
