I was pleased as how easy there process was for financing my vehicle. Andrew who I still am working a few things out with has gone above expectations to make a few things right that was unexpected after the purchase was complete. All in all not a bad experience. However on the con side. I was never given a second key to the vehicle. To come back and find out it does not have a second key. No pass code to the keypad on the door. I am out of my pocket to get the code from the main dealership in case I lock my only key in the vehicle. None of this was brought to my attention during the purchase process. Another key will cost an astronomical amount that I feel I should not have to endure. But again it’s a used vehicle. Overall customer satisfaction was decent. Thanks More

I purchased a 2020 Limited Edition 40th Anniversary Edition Black Widow Silverado from Rick Hendrick. Scheduling for service and a recall issued by SCA (the company that modified the truck) took 3 phon Edition Black Widow Silverado from Rick Hendrick. Scheduling for service and a recall issued by SCA (the company that modified the truck) took 3 phone calls, 4 emails, 3 messages, 3 months, and finally just walking in there asking for a refund on my Service Package. They begged me to give them one more chance and completed the service that was required at that time and assured me they would contact me when the parts were received for the recall. That was almost a year ago. Now, trying to schedule I have spent a month, 3 messages, 5 emails, and 2 calls to no avail. I spent $90,000 on a vehicle at this dealership and they still will not schedule me in a timely manner for anything. I asked again for the refund on my Service Package and no one even asked me why. This dealership does not care at all about customer satisfaction. I love my truck but hate the dealership. More
