I received a call from Michael today who has assured me that a full refund is in the mail for the Service contract & the remaining oil changes have been extended out. I will not be bringing my truck in for those. I spent almost $100,000 on a truck which is more than some people spend for a house & have to file a complaint with the BBB to get any type of timely service. I do however remember purchasing my 1st brand new Cavalier for $13,000. It was the world to me back then & I was scared to death to miss a payment because my dad had to co-sign for me. My children are at that age now & I am a Retired Navy Chief who still works in a Naval command so I personally know several people who would be just as proud to drive a brand new vehicle they paid for. I can’t even imagine how those people must get treated by your Dealership. I don’t understand why it takes so long to schedule simple, mandatory maintenance. I don’t understand why you not only ignore your customers but other businesses that increase your commissions substantially. I don’t understand why there is such a high rate of turn over in your Service Department & why the people handled by those that no longer work there get just forgotten about instead of transferred to a new Service Advisor for a seamless transition. At this point it doesn’t even matter. I refuse to support big businesses who treat “the little guy” in this manner. I will take my business somewhere where it will be appreciated & any issues I may have will be addressed in a timely manner like I matter because I do. So do all the other people looking for these simple, mandatory services.
