I arrived for my 10:30 appointment. I came in for an oil change and state inspection. While I was there they said I needed an alignment no problem. 5:00p.m I had to go out and request a I came in for an oil change and state inspection. While I was there they said I needed an alignment no problem. 5:00p.m I had to go out and request a status on my vehicle. My service agent looked surprised and had no clue where my vehicle was. Finally at 5:30 I was notified that my vehicle was ready. The time before this I can in for a tire repair. I have a warranty for my tires. They had to contact the warranty company and get approval to fix my tire. This was another 6 hour ordeal and on top of that they lost my rim key. Very disappointed with the service from this dealership. I don’t generally purchase American made vehicles however I have faith in our trucks. So I thought why not. I will say their complete lack of concern for the customers who one and lack of professionalism will keep me from buying American. If I do it will not be through this dealership. More
They charge $22 just to check your car into service now. That's absurd! Then, just for a set of wiper blades, another $77. They clearly nickel and dime everything they can out of you. I, for one, will absolutely never return to their service department as long as they feel entitled to a fee just to check your car into service. They say it's for the paper mat etc they put in your car. I never requested that and other shops in the area provide it free. And, then to top everything off, they tried to overcharge for a state inspection. Had we not caught it on the receipt, they would have gotten an another extra $50 out of us. Beware, dealerships are no longer the place you can trust to get honest and fair priced service for your vehicle!! More

I have dealt with Rick Hendricks for yrs. I had a problem with my car Wednesday last week and I called spoke to Belen and another tech and they told me to bring it in to see what was going on I had a problem with my car Wednesday last week and I called spoke to Belen and another tech and they told me to bring it in to see what was going on. The tech Jim came out and checked it and told me what had to be done and he was so helpful he fixed it that day! Belen has been very sweet and helpful! Feels like family there! More

My son, Purchased a car from your dealership in October of 2021. He traded in my 2006 Chevy equinox as part of the purchase payment. The title was signed over to him. For some reason Micah Wallace told us of 2021. He traded in my 2006 Chevy equinox as part of the purchase payment. The title was signed over to him. For some reason Micah Wallace told us the title would not go through and sent us new title transfers for me to sign. I signed them and sent them back to the dealership to Micah in in the fedex package that he addressed and paid for. My son and I heard nothing more about the title and believed the issue settled. My son deployed in February 2022. April 7th Micahl Wallace called me and and said they could not find the title and asked if I would sign another title transfer so they could finish this transaction. I received the fedex package on the 8th of April and called Micah and asked why and I had to sign 2 titles. He never returned my call. I did sign both copies and sent it back to the dealership to Micah's attention in the envelope that he had provided with the postage paid. My son returned after this and found an email dated in February, saying that the dealership would pursue legal avenues unless he produced the title. He called Micah who told him the had not received any documents from me. Since then, my husband, and I have called the dealership multiple times, trying to get an answer, since the original title was in my name. We have been promised answers and calls returned by the end of the day to no avail. We also offered to drive the 5 hours to the dealership to resolve this problem. I have been in contact with the DMV, Chevy complaints division and feel there is fraud going on. 5 titles were signed over to your dealership. Your dealership has treated myself and family poorly. Your record keeping is abominable and customer service sucks. It is truly a shame that this was the experience my son had, purchasing his first car. Especially coming from a line of family Chevy dealers and owners. More
