I didn't feel as though my time was important to my sales person. There were several times I was just left sitting. No explanation. I told them several times I had an appointment to get to. I was able to push the appointment twice but when they took my car to be evaluated for trade in, I told them I had a hard time I had to leave (if they couldn't do it in that period of time they should have told me, I told them I could come back). By the time I got my car back, I raced to my appointment and missed my contractor. When I came back to the dealership to finish up the paperwork I asked if I was going to be able to take the car that day. The sales person snapped at me that of course I would take it home that day. I had told him several time during the day that I had never financed a car (always paid cash in the past) and did not know the process. When I finally got out of there after 5pm, I didn't even get out of the lot before the check engine light came on. They took the car to service and told me it was fixed. They put in a new battery. I headed home. I live eight miles away. I didn't make it home before the check engine light was on again. I called the sales person, he put me on hold, I'm not sure if he hung up on me on purpose or accidently but he didn't call me back. I returned the next day and was told it would be 5 minutes...well multiple hours later with almost no updates (I was just left sitting....a bottle of water would have been nice....anything). I was given the third diagnosis and told they would have to keep it. When I did get a call that it was ready, I was out of town so went to pick it up Monday morning. Well, it wasn't ready....more hours waiting. I wish I could undo this whole thing. A shout out to Gerardo who was very kind and helpful, even after the transaction. Also, the front desk women were very nice. I know a Trax isn't the most expensive car on the lot (probably the cheapest) but that was a lot of money to me. More

I went into Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Duluth, GA in March of 2025 to have repairs done on my 2012 Cruze and just could not deal with anymore repair costs on that car (it was a faithful car up until 100,000 m of 2025 to have repairs done on my 2012 Cruze and just could not deal with anymore repair costs on that car (it was a faithful car up until 100,000 miles); so while waiting on my car to be repaired, I went into the sales department to explore my options of getting a new vehicle and I met salesman Robert Williamson who was very mild mannered and sought to do everything possible for me to have a new car. I looked at many cars but I fell in love with the Crimson Trax RS. Both Robert Williamson (Salesman) and Jermil Dennis (Financial Person) worked with me for hours to enable me to have a new vehicle and at the close of the day, I was able to drive out of there with my 2025 Chevy Trax RS. Robert also took the time to show me how everything works in the car. I would highly recommend Rick Hendrick Chevrolet, Duluth, and Robert Williamson to any of my friends and family who may need a vehicle. Justin Lester in the service department is also a pleasure to do business with. I have been going there since 2019 for my car service needs and he takes care of his customers with the utmost integrity! Keep up the good work to all in sales and service!! More
