This car has been by far the BIGGEST hassle and maybe the biggest mistake by dealing with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet I've ever dealt with in my life. The paperwork process has been a hassle. How a month later biggest mistake by dealing with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet I've ever dealt with in my life. The paperwork process has been a hassle. How a month later is there still missing paperwork that needs to be signed? I spoke with Adam Crane on Friday the 22nd of November in regards to ALL the sales tax not being paid by the dealer. I came out of pocket $1263.65. So when am I going to get back the money I spent? Oh I know when (NEVER)…….. Just like the check I was promised a month ago that I finally got on 11/22/2013 because it was mailed on 11/19/2013 when the check was printed and put in the mail. Buyer beware....... I was also told by Adam Crane that the dealership would send me a check for $500 of what I came out of pocket and that's it. But he wouldn't send it till I did the survey for them and marked 100% satisfied first. I will NOT be bought, nor will I lie, nor will I be black mailed. Thanks, Terry - from Louisiana More

We purchased the extended warranty from Rick Hendrick. After deciding to sell the truck we cancelled our warranty and Rick Hendrick pocketed the money. My girlfriend is a first time buyer for a car and was excited to get going to purchase her new ride. We arrived at the duluth location early in the afternoon in hopes of driving off with something. What excited to get going to purchase her new ride. We arrived at the duluth location early in the afternoon in hopes of driving off with something. What seemed to be a 1 hour wait for an honest answer, turned into a 12 hour marathon of sales rep and financial advisors jerking us around and beating around the bush. My girlfriend presented all of her resources of what she had to offer. Co-signer/Price. They started off by showing us a 2013 Chevy Cruze. I was startled that she would be approved for something of that nature for her first time buy. Her credit is average and co-signer is excellent. But I digress. They let us take it for a test drive and we talked about the price afterwards. Originally they said $1500 or $1000 down payment and they can do the monthly payments my girlfriend wanted. In the mist of everything, out of the blue their supervisor came over and told us that she is not eligible for that a car at all. I was shocked and confused. We wasted 6 hours for you to tell us shes not eligible after she presented what she can offer and you said ok? I digress. After that they went on to see what she "really" can qualify for and brought out a beater 2003 impala. The insides interior of the car was horrid and the smell of cigarettes lingered in there. I asked the rep if he can smell the smoke. He denied smelling anything, then offer a test drive. With our four year old daughter. Umm NO. Last car they offered up was a 2011 Chrysler 200. We test drove it and my girlfriend fell in love with it. We had a co-signer who was 90 years of age. Great credit but no drivers licenses. We told them that the co-signer was 90 years of age and had no divers licenses. But the rep and financial advisors said that was awesome and it worked out great. They told her that she is approved and everything was good. After 12 hours of being jerked around my girlfriend was finally able to drive off with the car she wanted and fell in love with. A week after they started to call her back to the dealership to resign paperwork that she already signed. First time they called her back to resign her agreement and lower her monthly payments. That was a bit confusing but saving money right? The second time she went back they stated they put the wrong address for her co-signers place. Really? Third time they advised that she needed to sign some more paper work she already signed. Fourth time they called and said that her co-signer which was 90 of age and had no license, must have a valid drivers license to co-signer and if they dont have a valid drivers license she would have to return the car. She was on the phone with them when the rep asked her if our 90 year old co-signer can go get a license. Really? After you said everythings approved and we mentioned that to the rep and advisors? Im disgusted. Shorting the story, we ended up returning the car, which left my girlfriend in tears. They refuse to acknownledge that they have done wrong and provide false information to use and lead us on in there own personal gains. That is the real face of this wrenched company. I'm sure maybe a couple of these reviews on this site is legit and had a wonderful experience but what about the other 80% of us? We don't have fat wallets and high credits scores like some other fortunate people do to be treated like royalty, but we are all still consumers and human beings that deserve to be treated as such. We need you to find loopholes in the system to help us get a xxxx good deal. Not use the loopholes to hide from your dishonesty and lack of professionalism. You cant hide the truth when your treating your customers like utter xxxx. I can't comprehend how these people can sleep at night. But maybe thats just me asking. I will not drop this, there will be someone to answer for this injustice and disgusting act of what you guys consider customer service. More

This was by far the worst car dealership experience in my life. Over the past 10 years I've purchased many brand new vehicles. I applied online for a program they were advertising to help those with damaged credit, being as how I had a repo from a previous marriage. I was told by the guy who called me that I was pre-approved and everything was all ready to go, and I just needed to bring my ID and proof of income. I mentioned to him that I had to drive 100 miles to get there so I needed to be sure that it was approved and he promised me that I would leave the dealer with a vehicle. At first I was greeted politely, a nice sales guy showed me some vehicles and we sat down to do what I thought was paperwork. I then found out I was lied to, to lure me up there. No one had any knowledge of my previous credit app being approved and had me do another. And even though I had 7000 dollars to put down, the new car sales manager Shon came to me with an extremely bad attitude. He refused to acknowledge or even apologize for his employee initially lying to me. Being pregnant and needing a vehicle especially, this was NOT the kind of treatment I needed or deserved. After he refused to do anything for me, I started crying and rather than apologizing for both the lying and bad behavior, he just got up and walked away. Upon leaving the dealership, I called GM Corporate and filed a complaint. An investigation was opened and the Corp office attempted to call Shon. Eventually after a few days they finally got him on the phone, and he flat out lied to them and said everything I claimed wasn't true. I expressed to corporate and the dealer that I would like the logs of the recorded calls pulled so they can hear the lies of the initial person I spoke with, Derrick Williams and both stone walled me and wouldn't pull the conversation. I was later told by corporate that they can't make the dealer do anything and it was up to the dealer if they wanted to make things right, which I still haven't received a call. Hendricks Chevrolet claims to be the number 1 dealer in Georgia. For someone who claims to be number 1, they are full of liars and rude people. I would never set foot in this dealer again, even if it was for a free Corvette. A customer is a customer no matter how big or small, good credit or bad credit. If they can't handle helping those with bad credit, then THEY SHOULDN'T ADVERTISE IT! I've had better experiences on "dirt lots" Shame on you Hendricks and shame on Chevy for allowing their dealers to behave in such an unsavory manner. More
I went to Rick Hendricks Chevrolet this car dealership and it was the worst, first of I did not see the person I was support to see. They didn’t show me the car I was there to see. They lied and told me and it was the worst, first of I did not see the person I was support to see. They didn’t show me the car I was there to see. They lied and told me it was no longer there any more. Well, at first they me it was at their other dealer ship down the street. They screwed me out of a down payment. And the payment didn’t go towards car. And they said I only put down half down payment on the sale contract, in which, it don't make no sense. I traded in a car and later learned that my bank paid them for the car in full, and I have a balance from them on the trade-in. this car is way too much. I believe they did this because I am disable person . They ran my credit several times and this was very unnecessary on their part. They had already chosen their bank GM. They don't want you go nowhere else. They will keep you there all night, very in-consider. They did a lot of things that was not right. They are scammers and I am going to file a compliant and get a lawyer, because I even had my own check in which they did not accept. But I found out later they did accept these checks and they financial with this company. More
