This was my second time there and again I left wishing I went elsewhere. I was not given the correct information about my family discount and 30 days later after being told I am owed 500 dollars, they refus went elsewhere. Sales and finance are not on the same page and they will try their best to hustle you out of money and the car you want. They promise things and don't deliver. They we're suppose to give me aftermarket add-ons and now they have went back that too! Never again. More

Found the truck on the internet. The dealer then told me about the rebates and discounts, available to me. My salesman ,John Rivers even doubled checked the military discount for me. He was patient and answered our questions. Most importantly, he financed at a impeccable interest rate. My credit is in the high-500's. Somehow, he got me a 1.9% APR on a 5 year note. AND- 3 months later, my wife's lease expired, so we went back to him to buy a family car. I was out of there within 150 minutes.
