The Best Financing!!! few months ago, I had gone through a terrible divorce and was having a very hard time getting a car. At first, I went to Nissan and they told me that I would have to go to a buy here, pay here, but I stopped by Rick Hendrick to see what they could do because I kept hearing their commercial. I worked with Trey at first and he set me up with a great deal and a fantastic rate. When I finished all the paperwork, I met Garrison and he showed me how to use everything in my car. Bad business On September 3 my boyfriend and Myself went to this business to trade in my 2012 Dodge Advenger for a 2015 Cheverolet Malibu. We spent about 4 to 5 On September 3 my boyfriend and Myself went to this business to trade in my 2012 Dodge Advenger for a 2015 Cheverolet Malibu. We spent about 4 to 5 hours at the dealership when our salesman (Mike Smith) told us we were approved. We then went in to speak to finance (Carlos) and signed documents, he also stated everything was complete.Carlos stated to come bace in the Am to make the deposit.I came after work and used my Credit card and paid $1000. Carlos then told us we need an additional $1000 and they will hold a check until an date that was ok with us. We then came back a third time to give a check. Two weeks later Mike Smith called and stated he no longer had a copy of our paystubs and needed another set. Paystubs were faxed to Mike smith. On Oct 2, another 1000 were taken out of my account, at that point I still havent heard anything from a finance company, nor did I recieve any document from the dealership as promised. Multiple attempts to contact the salesman and finance but no call back recieved. Spoke to another manager who reassured us that everything was ok and that the documents would be fedex overnight. At this point we have had the car for over a month and no forms/documents recieved, and our temporary tag was expired. On 10/22/15, we the drove to Duluth from the airport area, once again just to get answers. We was brought back into an office and was told that the bank didnt approve the loan. We were not allowed to get our 2000 down payment back because of the millege on the car, which was used to travel back and forth to the dealership, because they fail to get all the information needed. They also returned my 2002 with a broken radio and tire pressure gone on all four tires from sitting almost two months. I was also accumalating car payment for Sept 18 and Oct 18 on my 2012, when the car was in their possession. So after visiting this dealership on Sept 3, they took my deposit, broke my radio and put me upside down in payments. More
