At first they found a Cadillac Escalade in our price range that just arrived so we test drove it and loved it , but since Rick Hendrick policy wont allow them to sell a vehicle without first doing a 10 point check list , they issued us a 2016 Chevrolet Sonic til the next day because we arrived there late and it was way past closing time. The following day we got a call from Trey explaining that the technicians had discovered the suspension was failing and needed to be replaced. Knowing we wanted the Escalade as much as we did , knowing he could've made the sell and let us drive off being none-the-wiser until the day the bottom dropped out literally , Trey did something i never experienced from a saleman of anykind......he told us the truth. And for that , Trey Bledsoe renewed our faith in an 'Honest Car Salesman', and then without hesitation showed us a Chevy Tahoe Z-71 edition for the same price. It checked out mint and so did we. My visit today January 15, 2016 was no exception: I pulled in waited for someone to walk over to the car, waited approx. 10min then I got out of the car and stood beside it and waited another 5 min. meanwhile I'm observing multiple employees standing around talking to each other, and not one of them acknowledged the customer. Finally out of frustration I took out my camera and started to videotape them, I yelled "let's see how long it'll take for someone to help me while I record y'all". Just as quickly as I said that they began to swarm, couldn't help me quick enough. But why do I have to threatened to post a video on social media of the horrible service in order to get people to their job? IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BUYING A CAR HERE? Poor experience & a Waste of Time!!!!! I was in the market for a Chevy Camaro RS. They were HOUNDING ME FOR WEEKS!!! They gave me a really good price online but when you get there, It was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT & SURPRISE! The sales guy, Innocent helped me when I arrived. I told him I was on my lunch break. He was nice & all but didn't understand what I meant by "ON LUNCH BREAK"!!! He took forever on getting my info in the system & my appraisal. I told him I needed to be at a certain number & I thought he understood me but it was $7000 apart from what I needed to be. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!! I will never buy from them! They are too aggressive but not enough on making a deal! Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I was warn before going by others but didn't listen! More
