A woman walks into a dealership... I had the worst expectations going in to the car buying process. I was hesitant because of all the horror stories I heard about high pressure sales ta I had the worst expectations going in to the car buying process. After about 3 dealerships and experiencing exactly what I feared; I met with Robert Williamson at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. I'm so thankful to Robert for making my experience a pleasant one. Robert was patient with me and my million and one questions. He was impressively knowledgeable about cars, warranties, technology in cars, and helped ease my fears. He showed me several options and never once did I feel pressure to settle. In the end, Robert respected my price range, my car of choice and did everything to get me into my new car! My Acura MDX is used, but I feel confident that I just bought a quality car from a qualified salesman! When I came to pick up my car, Robert had gone above and beyond to inspect and remedy every detail I didn't like. Thank you Robert! More

Great Experience - Ask for Janelle I went to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet with the intent of looking at a used Equinox. From the moment my fiance and I met Trey Bledsoe and informed him of what type of vehicle we were interested in buying , he and the entire Rick Hendrick team were catering to our every need. At first they found a Cadillac Escalade in our price range that just arrived so we test drove it and loved it , but since Rick Hendrick policy wont allow them to sell a vehicle without first doing a 10 point check list , they issued us a 2016 Chevrolet Sonic til the next day because we arrived there late and it was way past closing time. The following day we got a call from Trey explaining that the technicians had discovered the suspension was failing and needed to be replaced. Knowing we wanted the Escalade as much as we did , knowing he could've made the sell and let us drive off being none-the-wiser until the day the bottom dropped out literally , Trey did something i never experienced from a saleman of anykind......he told us the truth. And for that , Trey Bledsoe renewed our faith in an 'Honest Car Salesman', and then without hesitation showed us a Chevy Tahoe Z-71 edition for the same price. It checked out mint and so did we.
