Every time I have had my car serviced there, I always receive terrible customer service and inconsistent information. They do not know what customer service is!! When my issues were escalated to the serv receive terrible customer service and inconsistent information. They do not know what customer service is!! When my issues were escalated to the service manager Daniel Marlowe and Service Director Mary Poole, they still did not get resolved. When it took more than 5 weeks to get an update on when I would be able to drop of my vehicle to be repaired, I reached out again. After not receiving a call back or an email, I showed up at at the dealership. I was told by Daniel that their phone lines were down over the weekend and that is why he did not get back to me (I emailed him Thursday morning and went to the dealership Monday afternoon). I asked to speak to his boss, Mary. He told me that she was in a meeting and would not be available for 2-3 hours. I left the dealership and sent an email to her that same day. I waited an entire week to hear back from her. After no response, I called the corporate office. I received a phone call the next day from Mary, who scheduled an appointment for me to bring in my vehicle. I was told that there would be a vehicle available for me when I dropped of my car. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday 2/9. I was at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours!!!! Mary noted on the service ticket that my car would need to be driven by one of the service techs and would need an update on the results. Surprise.... on the drive, my car did everything that I said it was doing.... I do not recommend this place at all. I even had a bad experience with their collision center! Terrible customer service. Did not offer an apology or resolution to my complaints. Only wanted to tell me that my GM warranty expired 241 miles ago. I have been trying to get my car in to be serviced since December 19!! Mary also told me "you are about to be really upset when I tell you what I am about to tell you". WHAT!?!? Why would that be something that you would say to a customer that is already upset at that time??? More
