Customer Service I came to the dealership because I saw they have a customer service car if you live within 5 miles. I went there to get a simple oil change and get my I came to the dealership because I saw they have a customer service car if you live within 5 miles. I went there to get a simple oil change and get my car fully detailed. I asked if I could get the customer service car to take me back to my job. Which they told me would only take a minute and would come get me when the shuttle arrived back. After about 40 minutes they let me know the car has been out and were still waiting on it to come back, but should be back shortly. I ended up waiting an hour twenty minutes for the car. At this point in time I could have already walked back to my work. I then processed to ask them for my car back because I need to be back by a certain time for a conference call. They then told me it just got back an would take me where I needed to go which I did refuse service due to the service being so bad and I personally did not believe them when they said it just got back. I not recommend this place to anyone. More

Lack of knowledge Came into Dealership after looking at a work service van we saw on lot. Was greeted with Robert Williamson. He sat my wife and I and our 2 daughters Came into Dealership after looking at a work service van we saw on lot. Was greeted with Robert Williamson. He sat my wife and I and our 2 daughters down a 1 and 3 yr old and started looking for the vehicle we saw and could not find it on their website. We had my wife and one our daughters drive back over to lot and get the vin number and take a picture of the sticker on window. He still was having trouble locating vehicle. After a few minutes i asked him if the price on the sticker was the price of the van i was seeing 34,698 He said let me go check and see . He proceeded to ask what seemed to be one of his higher ups. As he returned he flashed the key for the van i had been looking at on the lot. I asked again if the price on the sticker was the price of the van i was looking at he said it seems to be. He said let me go get van and bring over to the dealership. As we waited Devalle Robinson came over to greet me and explained he was a sales manager. He explained to me that he would work with me and get me the best deal he could on the van i was looking to buy and wanted me to see inside of it and make sure it has all the features i was looking for. Robert returned only to say the vans battery was dead he would go and jump start it and bring it over. After being at the dealership for 2 1/2 hrs the van is brought over to the lot. We looked at van and drive it a short distance in the lot as the gas was so low I asked again about the price of the van that what we were looking at if it was 34,698 as the sticker says and he said yes that's the price. We had experienced the traction control was doing something weird . He explained no worries we can have it looked at I explained that their actually was another van on the lot could i look and drive that one. So we proceeded over to look at it. It too was dead and needed a jump. I asked again if the price i saw was for what i was seeing.After getting the info needed to answer the question. We drove back over to dealership. He went to get the keys and returned stating it was indeed the same price as the other van. He proceeded to go get other van. He returned with the same van and stated that the lights of 1 st van was on because it was jump started. Ok cool i explained lets buy it. Now 3 1/2 hrs in this car buying experience he returns from the finance dept and explains that the price on the van was actually just for the cab and chassis not the whole van i was looking at. This information was just now brought to my attention 4 hrs after I initially asked. Sales manager Anthony Knight approached to try and explain to me what was happening. He began to say that the van sticker was not the actual price of the van and back cab. It was only the cab and chassis. After the price has been disclosed to me of 49000. I quickly explained that price was way out of my price range and would have never came in to purchase. 4 hrs was wasted on a lack of knowledge of what was actually a easy discussion upfront. We were very clear up front of what our expectations were with the price of what was on the van sticker. As we were leaving Robert was outside and we asked him trying to still understand what I was being told we asked about a red corvette being priced on the sticker of 70000. Is that not the price of this car he said yes it is that price if there was any other work done to the vehicle other than from the factory it would have a separate sticker to the side of that one with a updated price. Now I am really confused. Why would the van not have an additional sticker with the actual price of van. Again if we would have know the price of the van was 49000 we would have never came in to ask about purchasing the van as it was more than I would want to spend on a vehicle. More
