Extremely disappointing We bought our son's 1st (used) car now 8 days ago and we still don't have it. They are supposed to be fixing it but that has been dragging out as well. And when offered a loaner...that offer was taken back because there is no GM onsite? On a Friday? Come on! More

My salesman Wabee Laurier not not only made sure I was he got me in a set of wheels but made sure I got what I wanted and kept his word through the entire process leading up until purchase day. He nor the finance team frown upon my situation or turn me away or try to force me into a vehicle I wasn’t happy with. To have to make payments on a vehicle for years that your not happy with is torture. I’ll have my car sent to me,(never done before) in a few days and with me living an hour away is perfect.
