BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Read the reviews! Told me car was on lot. Showed up. Car was not nor was sales person, Brandon. It had gone to auction (that day - BS), a with. Read the reviews! Told me car was on lot. Showed up. Car was not nor was sales person, Brandon. It had gone to auction (that day - BS), and he had to “go to Buford” to help a customer (more BS). He told me they would give me $1,000 more than any offer I had on my trade in no matter what. They were $1,000 below my THIRD highest value. Refused to honor his word. SCAM ARTISTS!!! There were even more lies than that about fixing damage reported on Carfax. Told me they replaced the entire bumper. When I asked for proof, they said it was minor damage from a strap when they transported the vehicle that was “nothing.” Then why was “nothing” reported? Beware!!! More
