This place has the worse customer service I have ever seen or experienced. The service director and assistant service manager are crude, heartless, incompassionate. And when were able to take the vehicle back within a couple of weeks, they still wanted to charge for additional codes that magically appeared. They refused to honor the warranty and expected us to pay more. Once again, they are awful!!! Buyer beware, the service is horrible! More

BEWARE THEY ARE CON ARTIST!!!!My first time buying a BEWARE THEY ARE CON ARTIST!!!! My first time buying a car and it was absolutely THEE WORST experience I have ever received, from the hostess to the BEWARE THEY ARE CON ARTIST!!!! My first time buying a car and it was absolutely THEE WORST experience I have ever received, from the hostess to the salesmen! They tried to sell me a 2015 Kia Soul for ORGINALLY 409 but at some point within signing papers it went to 451 car note. I put 1000 down on it and they told me it would take 3days for me to recieve it. I had to reach out to them TWICE after 2days to get an update just for them to tell me 4days later it suddenly needed a transmission. When I tried to walk they showed me a 2020 Trax for 463. I refused because I already had told them from the beginning, I did NOT want anything OVER 400, so a close to 500 note was far out of my price range. After Mr Love stated he couldn't do the price that I was looking for which was 430total. Mr Love sent Mr Renaldo, THEE MOST RUDE OF THEM ALL, just for him to disregard and belittle me and my brother(whom has a truck with them already). He asked what's going on and while my brother tries to explain while he rudely cuts him off and says in a disrespectful manner while looking at me, "okay so who's buying the car?" For this to be the head manger he sucks! Even after explaining the HASSLE it's already been dealing with Mr Love and the other inexperienced salesman(barely a month in) he chose to continue the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He then goes to explaining that I have no credit so that this is the ONLY route I have and that I NEED this deal. He continues the belittling by stating, "you can't afford an 11buck difference?" Excuse you! Wow! That was the last straw for me! I wanted my money back and so they gave me two options, a mailed check or to come back tomorrow to recieve a check. I didn't mail them my money so I chose to come back the next day. As I was leaving the hostess was asked for a contact, email, or number, to corporate and then disappeared to the back for quite sometime as I could see her conversing with Renaldo. As soon as I started walking to the back her and Renaldo walks towards us. He then chuckled while the chick rolled her eyes and he wrote down Mr Jermil's email(the finance manager) after I had asked FOR CORPORATE info. Just terrible! I could not believe how they were seriously treating A NEW POTENTIAL BUYER!!! When I showed up the next day a different hostess asked for my info to look me up in the system. While she was doing so, the SAME hostess from the prior day walks up with a form writing down my info the lady had looked up (she hadn't done that the prior times I was there). That same hostess said she would let Jermil know walked off, came back, and said NOTHING to me. I waited 6mins before getting her attention because why didn't you communicate how long it would be? She was rude and terrible customer service as well. Jermil comes from the back 15mins later to have little to NO knowledge on what transpired the previous day so no check could be given. He's now telling me he's gonna do more research because he has to send some form of email to process it. AGAIN WITH THE NON-COMMUNICATION RENALDO AND LOVE!!! Thanks to the CON ARTIST at Rick Hendricks Chevrolet I took my funds to Toyota and got a 2020 Corolla for 363!!! Having no credit wasn't as bad as Renaldo made me feel! Renaldo AND Love you BOTH are truly THEE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!! Toyota has THE BEST SERVICE I have recieved since moving to GA in January. Don't you think a 2020 Corolla for 363 is WAAAAAY better than a jacked up 2015 Kia Soul for 451 or 2020 Trax for 463!!! Thanks Chevrolet for letting me walk and NOT even trying to find me something within my budget!!! I found someone who would and gave me respect!!! More
